Main Disc. Thread - Paragon Sleep (Now Available!)

Because it was @Layman . Don’t listen to some random person who can’t even stay consistent to one stack.

Woah woah woah nice guy’s going passive aggressive now I love to see it :star_struck::wink:

hopefully I haven’t just triggered flame wars lol… it was just an honest enquiry guv…

Wow good to know.

So anytime I catch myself struggling with sleep, I can add Paragon Sleep without disrupting my stack?

I’m wondering if you can run it on same day you run your normal titles so like;

TITLE A
TITLE B
PARAGON SLEEP

REST DAY

TITLE A
TITLE B
PARAGON SLEEP

Running all 3 back to back to back.

No, don’t put it as a fourth title. That was based on old information – based on the older ZP tech – in the support database that needs to be replaced ASAP. Please excuse the inconvenience. There are no titles that can serve as a “fourth.”

My apologies – if you’re not going to use it, request a refund.

Oh, that’s very kind of you @SaintSovereign , but honestly, I think I only have myself to blame.
I was expecting you or Fire would drop by and clarify this, since it seemed like a strange anomaly.

But my sleep has been pretty bad for the last few weeks and is affecting my daily life, so when I saw the ‘almost too good to be true’ post saying I could add it to my stack, I just convinced myself it must be ok and rushed off to buy it. In my heart (or subconscious lol), I knew I should wait and that a clarification would probably be coming. So I’ll take the hit as an opportunity to teach myself to trust my instincts and to be more patient and wise in future

I’ve been planning some Custom Subs out anyway, which I plan to buy and run once I’ve finished my current cycle. I’ll be including Paragon Sleep in one of them, if that doesn’t overload it (and if it does, then Deep Sleep instead, or drop something else so that I can have Paragon Sleep!).

Speaking of which, I saw people listing out their planned Customs somewhere here previously and getting feedback/approval from Fire or yourself; is this a requirement or at least recommended?
And if so, which thread should I post in?

Thanks in advance

It’s actually best to get feedback from the other customers first. While we created the scripts, they express differently through every person and many of the customers here are actually more knowledgeable about what a title or module actually feels like than we do. What I can tell you is if a stack or custom seems “focused” or would synergize well based upon having the knowledge of the actual script, but the community itself is more well-versed on how it expresses.

That being said, the best place to post a stack or custom inquiry like that is in the thread that’s associated with the cores. For example, if it’s a Paragon Sleep based custom, you’d post it here.

Hi all,

So… I’ve just started running Paragon Sleep for the first time recently, alongside a second cycle of Quantum Limitless stage 1. Am not listening to any other subs right now except for these two.
Am up to 6mins per loop for QL 1, and am about to do my 3rd loop of Paragon Sleep tonight, and am up to 1m30s.
1 loop of each in a day, then a day’s rest, then repeat; standard 2 ZP stack listening pattern.

I’ve been having sleep issues for weeks (perhaps months); usually waking up 1-3 times in the night and taking 1-3 hours to get back to sleep. And if I wake up at 3-5am, I generally can’t get back to sleep at all.

On top of this, I have chronic fatigue long term, so the lack of sleep really hits especially hard and leaves me exhausted and brain fogged the whole of the next day.
It’s been severely impacting my life and productivity.

In terms of sleep hygiene, I’ve read various books and articles about it, and have been doing most of the recommended things for years now:
switching off screens 2 hours before sleep
Exposure to sunlight shortly after waking
No caffeine after midday
no food or water 2-3 hours before sleep
wearing earplugs and an eye mask to block out sound and light
taking a ‘sleep stack’ of supplements; magnesium bisglycinate, apigenin, L-tryptophan and Inositol.
Quality bedding, pillow and mattress.
Etc, lol.

So firstly, the good news:
After just the first 1min loop of Paragon Sleep, that night I slept through the night (I think I woke up once or twice from vivid dreams, but just fell straight back asleep again shortly after).

It’s been 3 nights I think since then, and every night, I’ve slept well.
I could weep with joy. The sheer relief cannot be understated.
Thank you @SaintSovereign and @Fire

However, I’m also noticing that I’m feeling really physically tired every day since I started Paragon Sleep (and re-started QL stage 1).

With QL 1 (as I’d reported on my previous cycle), I’ve noticed an immediate calming effect on my nervous system, which is over-stressed and likely the cause - or at least a significant factor - of my chronic fatigue.

Today, I listened to QL 1 this morning and at around the 5min mark, I had a sudden powerful feeling of calm and lightness, like some weight was lifting off of me, or something was infusing me with calm.

So I’m wondering if the tiredness is simply from the energy demands of QL 1 doing its physical shifting thing?

Or perhaps I’m still only into the first minute or so of Paragon Sleep, so it’s going to take a while for me to kind of ‘stabilise’? Maybe it’s stopped me from waking up in the night (or at least let me fall straight back asleep), but I’m not getting enough deep sleep (hence the tiredness in the daytime)?

Any thoughts on this?

Sounds like you’re inspired to sleep even more

I would go with the energy demands theory. Just trust the process and continue Paragon sleep. Take your vitamins or whatever you usually do, it takes from 1 to 3 months for your body physiology to completely upgrade.

Im sure you will have a better understanding of your sleep issues before the end of this cycle

yes, I definitely intend to ‘trust the process’, was just wondering where the sudden tiredness was coming from.

Well, by way of an update, the extreme, all-day tiredness lasted 3 days after starting QL1 and Paragon Sleep. In the last couple of days, the good sleep has continued but the tiredness has reduced a lot

It’s been making me think that I probably ought to start running Paragon Complete at some point
