So an observation that I have made with my self and the refresh updates have been interesting in correlation to being night time ZP user.
So I have mainly been a ZP user that listens at night cause well I would get drowsy but felt fine after sleep. However since this update I am just more chilled out and relaxed but still able to get through the day with clarity and sense of urgency if needed but I don’t have explosive energy. My caffeine intake has dropped significantly and my sleep has improved as well.
I’m thinking now if it’s a listening day but I don’t have to work or go to school etc I could listen in the morning and still get everything done without being drowsy. If I have school, work, or tremendous tasks then It might be better for me to listen at night. I think I will switch to nights again next week
