




Those are beverage containers of various sizes. For me at least, that final one is probably a bit much. The one second to last, is the opposite.
But my thinking is it depends on on the size of your glass, as well as on the size of your stomach.
The decisive factor, in my opinion, is me. My life, my lifestyle, what I can currently accommodate.
When running, there’s no such thing as ‘too fast’ or ‘too slow’, but there is ‘too fast for me’.
You need to tune into yourself and where you are right now. Then you can choose tools, methods, and resources that meet you where you are.
The best tool meets you right where you are, and then carries you further.
Determining where you are requires experimentation, observation, confrontation, reflection, etc. But this is a much better question, in my mind, than endlessly dissecting and recategorizing the external resources.
If the great sage MacGyver taught us anything, it’s that to the man who knows himself and his world, pretty much anything becomes a useful tool.
