With a rising popularity for this program and more heads peeking behind the veil, an upgrade to this program with the new bells and whistles and such would really push people to give it a whirl, and the results and smoothness and power and skill in fighting would show them how cool this sub is

Just started muay thai first session was before getting sub. Totally clueless in everything .
Had another session today after listening once . It all started to make sense when I did the moves.
Super fashinating. Extreme improvement in one listen.

Just an inspiration
a quick review of muaythai/chosen use over the last few months.
I’ve always practised combat sports, but in recent years it’s been alone with weight training.
I’ve since found a very good job where I’m much appreciated and respected.
my only worry is people in my ex-wife’s neighborhood threatening my daughters.
one evening, as i was bringing them back to their mom’s home, one of them provoked me.
he took such a quick left-right that it even surprised me and, above all, i didn’t want it to come to that.
it was automatic and i warned him not to get too close.
As a result, I fractured his jaw and he’s been out for 1 month, and now I’m facing a possible prison sentence.
another neighbor in the same period (2months later)vandalized the car: flat tires, scratches, broken rearview mirror and the same threats.
Except that his mother lives in my building.
One day I saw him and went over to have a discussion, but to be honest as these people are rarely alone, I had a brass knuckle (I didn’t used it).
After a few sentences, he threatened me, insulted me, and as an uncontrollable reflex, I sent him 2 left hooks, which obviously calmed him down and bloodied his face.
But I’m risking prison for protecting my children, whom I see very little of (1weekend/2).
they were afraid something would happen, and my 5-year-old was gnawing her fingers until they bled.
I couldn’t leave it like that, not to mention the fact that even the police didn’t want to intervene (except for me now).
in spite of everything, my situation up to now had changed incredibly.
work, looks, good physique and better social ties.
i don’t encourage violence outside the ring, but unfortunately i had no choice.
i’ll keep listening to my subs and who knows…

I feel you, the worst part about living in a violent area is that you get punished for protecting yourself
All the tough guys turn into snitches the moment they take a hook to the face
You need to be smart about it, if you are locked up you won’t be able to protect your daughters
I almost got into problems myself a few times, luckily they never reported
If someone is threatening you, breath deeply, don’t hit him, ask him to take a trip with you to the next street where there are no cameras or people and then ask him nicely to stop

thank you bro. And you’re absolutely right and you know I really tried. For 6 months I waited for justice to do its job and nothing…
The guy enters my safety zone, I strike.
I’ll get away with a fine and a reminder of the law with a bit of luck, the judgement is for June 2025.
At least now they know the dog bites.
On the martial side, my boxing has evolved well, I’m quite surprised, I’ve found a good gym near my home.
