I don’t know if anyone has answered this yet, but it’s my understanding (theory) that The Lines was introduced in Quantum Limitless.
My time with QL is part of the reason.

The Lines, and portions of Mind’s Eye I notice in Stark!
How do you mean? Like, being able to ‘see ahead’ in situations? If so, I’ve seen the same in social and work situations.
The Lines was probably inspire by quantrum limitless for sure but I still feel it original. My guess is that you can get a similar effect from running QL for sometime.
Think about the Merger of Worlds module, which I would say is like QL ST1, that sub help your subconscious and conscious which lead the intuition and seeing thing to come. The foresight isn’t in QL ST1 sales page but you get what I mean.

I’d say it is more like predicting the optimal outcome for a scenario in advance and visualise it.
And it would happen exactly as visualised, several moments before the actual occurance.

LBFH has more boosting capabilities than this custom (if both were same power level).
My current manifestation and “joy” custom (Euphoria ZP), has been much more powerful than this, simply as LBFH + Mind’s eye + the modules boost up everything to a maximum by healing parts that might be considered “blocks”.

I am considering purchasing Minds Eye to add to my Arsenal. But I am not sure
What would you need it for? You only have 3 slots in a stack. That’s the reason why I never ran Mind’s Eye, even though I own it. I’m not sure where to fit it in. 
It seems like a sub that will help me with making the big vision more vivid and clear.

Since my role as a marketer is within the scope of a start-up entrepreneur and family business owner, I am assessing my options as to whether or not to buy it.
I don’t think you need Mind’s Eye for that. Or not yet at least. Leave that spot in your stack for Limitless Executive or Limitless because since you’re starting from scratch , you’re to need to learn a lot of things. When you’re a more experienced marketer and you know exactly what you’re looking for, what your goals are ,etc., then you can use ME to powerfully visualize and manifest those goals. That’s how I would do it if I was starting and I only have 3 slots in my stack. I would keep one for connecting to people and selling (True Sell). I would keep one for money manifestation (RICH or AM). I would keep one for learning (Limitless, Limitless Executive or Quantum Limitless). Marketing is a field of work where things change all the time. you will be constantly learning and relearning!!!

Mind’s Eye would indeed help with the learning aspects, too. Learning is in itself an act of using your internal sensory representational systems to encode information. Mind’s Eye would help make that more efficient if stacked with a title like Limitless or QL.
