Been listening to LDU and it seems to be working on some Limiting Beliefs I’ve been having quite quickly as I’ve only used it twice so far and that’s pretty awesome. I’ve felt happier and more positive as there was a lot of negative beliefs I had (shout to @AlexanderGraves for making me realise some).
Besides justing listening to LDU does anyone have any exercises/actionable steps to get rid of Limiting Beliefs? I’ve purely been listening so far but want to take action alongside the track.
