Apparently adding HI would make the title too much energy consuming.
So it’s up to you to make a custom that requires too much energy.
You gotta take thoughtful care about sleep, healthy diet and levels of exercise and stress.
Note that energy consumption also means very different speed of results, probably even if you “have the energy available,” since that’ll go to height growth instead of the other objectives of the sub.

It’s a good question.
Most of the sought-after male physical changes are those typically associated with higher testosterone. But female muscle growth and strength increases are also driven by testosterone (albeit at lower concentrations).
Maybe it would be a bit similar to the body changes that might happen if a girl were to inject testosterone?
I don’t know if this has been tested yet. (The sub version, I mean.)

Had a dream, in my dream i woke up from ky bed, looked in the mirror and my body was full of veins, i was like “hell yeah!”
Than i looked at my face and it was too full of veins, i was like wtf, and in my dream my heart beat was 1 per 5 seconds.
Scary dream, recon dream.
In terms of results, i can already feel the relaxation and at the same time i had so much energy i didnt sleep all night.
My muscles look a little fuller.
