Do you struggle with weight gain?
Do you feel like LoS (as a store title) isn’t helping you gain weight easily?
Do you feel like you can actually afford to always eat like a beast (5-6 meals a day, that’s how hungry that combo can make me)?
Do you think you can consistently work out so that you don’t end up fat with all the calories you’d be taking in?
If you answered yes to all that, then it will you help you a lot, and no it’s not overkill, unless you’re goal is to just gain some muscle, then yes it would be overkill.

While I see what you mean, and there’s a possibility to do that by eating at maintenance and lifting intensely, it’s gonna be quite difficult to control the caloric intake with Anvil in there, cause one of the 2 actions you need to take for Anvil is to literally eat a lot (the second one being to lift a lot).
i was considering doing a Spartan, LoS combo cus i was thinking Los was just Physical shifting. Spartan for discipline and consistency to workout. LoS for physical shifting. would u say spartan is unnecessary?

My level of discipline and motivation doesn’t necessarily come from LoS, it just gets boosted by it.
If you have 0 discipline at your core, then no, Spartan is not gonna be Unnecessary, but would actually help you reach your goals faster, while as in my case, it ends up making me waaaaay too disciplined to the point that gym becomes my personality
Looks like a very good and focused custom, would honestly recommend you to run it long term as it’s the perfect physical title (for your needs at least).

Haha just Fusion Optimized, it helps identifying which food to eat.
It can easily be done without using the module, like I don’t really care about using it, and only add it to my custom if I had space, but the only reason I don’t necessarily need it is because my diet is already dialed in by a coach (which I only hired after getting on LoS).

Stack your custom with Spartan, or Emperor.
Both will help with discipline
im on emperor now and EOG st 2… emperor, EOG and this custom is what im rocking for at LEAST the next year or so
