There is no break up script in stage 3 the script is specifically written for you to take action 100%. So if you desire to break up with your wife then it will help you make it happen.
Unfortunately not man, for sure things improves but my biggest frustrations are still there.
At this point i am wondering if i am an hard gainer or just because of of english is not my mother language so it may not be that effective on me.
However now im on the remaining 3 sessions of Khan ST4+ LBFH, full 15 minutes.
The scripts are written in simple English so if you can understand normal conversations in English, it will work for you.
I’ll add that it make the people listening to it wayyy better at understanding-speaking-writing English

- Lack of taking action
- Handwaving away the results
- Not following listening instructions
@Maelstrom It could also be the volume at which you are listening. When listening to the masked version, I prefer it very quiet. You could try making the masked version louder or softer.
Have you listened to the ultrasonic version? If so, you could try stopping. Subjectively some people experience the ultrasonic as being yelled at, which can impede their results.
