Every other day, 1 loop each, for 21 days, then 5 days washout.
Just try that, and I promise you, things will get better.
And don’t try to do anything extra on top of that.
Qv2 has helped so far but I know I’ll see more results when I remove importance and attachment to results. But its hard because I’m in college and I see beautiful and sexy girls everyday.
