I would try to avoid four titles. Try just rebirth + st1 + spartan. Elixir - Maybe you can add that later on another stage like 2.

But Qv2 is way harder recon wise

Yeah, it’s true that Elixir just came out, I wonder which would be better with Khan St1, Elixir or Rebirth?
Like Elixir supercharge the healing so would it be more appropriate??
The rest days are for the rest days only
I count titels and listening days on a whiteboard

I rarely wash out. If I do rest days it’s either every other day or I save it for weekends
