Am realising that the true advantage of the power behind willing yourself to not waste your seed is that not only do you practice the muscle of willpower by controlling yourself but your seed by itself helps fuel your willpower.

Thank you, I have been thinking about stacking St1 Crucible with Genesis because it will direct this pent up Sexual energy into adventure and purpose.

From tomorrow I will be running Khan Black morning and Genesis afternoon or Khan Black night Genesis Morning which one suits better?

How are you at stage 3 did you skip a few stages?

I experimented a bit with st1-3 during the first week, works incredibly well.

I can’t give good feedback as I did for st1 because they are both tainted but I can tell you st3 is incredible

I’m also doing 5m loop, 2x a week to avoid overload and have ran Khan for months before I do not recommend this test. Having Khan as a base is sooo good. Also been with subclub for more than 4 years so.

I started my current cycle is gonna be st1 only, then imma do 1 cycle st2 only then I’ll go to st3 until st4 comes out! Never been this excited for a title (unless maybe when the original Khan came out!!).

I agree with this statement. As someone who PMO’d for over a decade I know my sexual energy channels are jacked. Since starting ST 1 I feel myself slowly returning to balance, and while I know it’s clear my energy levels have increased at least to me, it’s more returning me to my true baseline.

This is the most alpha/masculine I have ever felt, this is the most I have worked out in a long time, and this is the most action I have taken for my goals in a long time.
