While its not my place to tell you what to stack, but if you can I would try stacking Genesis sooner rather than later. I am only saying this because the negative emotion transmutation aspect of Genesis has really made dealing with recon much easier. Even the recon that I get with KBC stage 1, plus Genesis is helping me shift the sexual energy into positive directions. However if you just want to roll with stage 1 solo, you would still get good results

I completely second all of this.

KB St1 brings up some funky feelings sometimes, but Genesis makes it so much easier to deal with.
Not to mention the adventure scripting (I went out 4 nights Thurs-Sun, something I haven’t done since I was a teenager) makes life more fun and distracting away from your emotional shit.

What kind of funky feelings did you have from it @Prioritas ? and @Uber_Elysium what do you mean 7 minutes the listening instructions say 15 minutes once or twice?

I do my own listening schedule, if you are new I would stick with the schedule given with every purchase. However you can cut listening time down if 15 mins is too much. Like me for example while I can do 15 mins, I handle 7 mins even better and some people only do 3 mins. Also if you are listening to multiple titles it is only 1 loop per title.

Its easier for me to deal with the processing so I can take more action, so in a way yes, improved results.

Yes, I notice that, for example, this one is super smooth for me (Khan Crucible) and I barely feel processing while on Genesis it feels much heavier and is far less smooth, feels like I weight in the mind, and sometimes it makes me feel apathy

This is natural and it’s the whole point of Stage 1.
It brings up the emotion, I try to process/accept it and love myself through it, and then it passes.
And that happens as many times as I need to heal whats underneath the surface

Will prob run Stage 1 for multiple cycles, at least two

Thank you, I have been thinking about stacking St1 Crucible with Genesis because it will direct this pent up Sexual energy into adventure and purpose.

From tomorrow I will be running Khan Black morning and Genesis afternoon or Khan Black night Genesis Morning which one suits better?
