Creativity through the roof. Writing seems effortless, meditation is deeper, more witty with my words, everyone gravitated towards me, magnetic 
, younger looking 
, productive and in creation more, arts becoming more and more interesting, hair and eyes become brighter, energy cultivation seems effortless, helps to improve energy-work around healing oneself and others, feels like a fire in my belly, receiving more, playing more, becoming more child like and in no judgment about creation, self criticism is non existent, money coming from unexpected places, women are literally staring at me in public, receiving more unexpected gifts, more charisma.

Thanks for bringing this up. Khan Black has been guiding me to also read the 48 laws of power. My awareness about khan Black is revealing to me that true power is relaxed and poised. Able and ready. Not tensed nor strained. The more I relax in the moment the more I can let my presence speak for itself.

Something I’d like to note on kb, I’ve been able to increase my lovemaking by 3x with no energy dips or loss.

Because of the energy buildup on KB I do still get urges towards manual release. After reading about the methods of expanding awareness during the practice of moving sexual energy recently I decided any time I am unable to set these urges aside, to redirect these sessions into opportunities to work with this practice of presencing while in the act.
As a result I’ve gained an expanded understanding of the classic perineum exercise that is typically recommended as a way to stop ejaculation. You mentioned chakras and blockages in those in your post, I tend to notice more the muscular tension and release and the mechanical aspects. Here’s what I’ve found:
- Suppose you work your arousal up, whether manually/solo or with a partner, to the level where you can feel you’re about to release. From this point you can experiment with this in cycles of tension and discharge without needing the arousal stimulus
- There is a band of energy which runs from the dan tien/solar plexus area down into the prostate and perineum area, and then from that area a band of muscles that run up from the base of the penis to the head.
- If you haven’t engaged in sexual activity in a while, often the energy will move very quickly from the perineum area up to the tip of the penis. Then, there is a gradual tightening of this band of muscles that is like a squeezing inward and upwards as release draws near.
- When you feel this draw, or as you become aware of this tightening, place your awareness in these muscles that from from perineum to tip and will or send the command for them to relax.
- When this band of muscles is relaxed, it doesn’t matter how much milking or manual manipulation is done, no release will occur (other than the slow release of what has already made its way into the vas deferens).
- With practice, you can perform cycles of getting close to release and then allowing the muscles to relax and then redirecting the energy from the previously tense muscles towards other areas of the body. You should then be able to use the same technique when with a lover to keep the cycle going as long as you like.
- You can reverse the flow from dan tien to perineum to send energy upwards, but this can be somewhat tricky as the muscles connecting the two areas are not often used and energy is used to flowing in one direction due to gravity and the habitual tension in the surrounding muscles.
Edit to add: point here is that there is a whole band of muscles that control release, not just the mechanics at the prostate/perineum, and spreading your awareness out you will feel this muscular tension in muscles we don’t normally notice we have that are involved in orchestrating the male O. The recommendation other books give on pressing the perineum IMO leads people away from practicing the presencing that would lead to this breakthrough.

Continuing off that last post, there is more subtlety to it than what I mentioned, in that the muscles involved in breathing and the other surrounding muscles are also involved. Also, if your posture is not great, a build up of energy can occur at the tailbone region which is not flowing upward.
If the tailbone is aligned properly and the spine is straight and core musculature relaxed, the energy at the base of the spine once aroused can much more easily be guided upwards. With the perineum trick but improper alignment of the tailbone, the energy will not be guided into the proper channel and the release of energy upwards will be akin to a garden hose with a kink in it that thrashes around under pressure.

I had to go looking for this, I’m surprised this is the only reference in the copy that I can find to what I’ve noticed.
I’m noticing a lot of bloom on SI-like manifesting wisdom effects with respect to animal magnetism related content, even though Sage is not my primary program at the moment and it’s been a while even since the last ad-hoc run. The closest I’ve come to something which might manifest that type of content flavored by KB would be a single run through of the Revelation series several days ago. Either way, the synergism is pretty interesting.
Insights/writings that gel I’ve found so far have been largely through following the honey trail by milking the book whose techniques I recommended earlier, but I had to do some hunting to find stuff that was not explicitly mentioned by name. Somehow I just knew where to look to find the stuff that would be useful to me. Not saying Sage or Rev caused this, but I’ve noticed a connection in the past between runs and results.
- Confirmation of multiple references to Lefebure (at least two exact matches) in Energetic Ascent, confirming that Paret knew of Lefebure’s work and followed it actively. Re-review of that material as a result.
- “A System of Caucasian Yoga” and the little known figure who wrote/received it Count Stefan Colonna Walewski whose New York shop “Esoterica” may have been the shop referred to in the opening chapters of the Zelator, and whose teachings came from Persian and Russian teachers of a Zoroastrian tradition which may have been the same one Gurdjieff learned in his youth. Apparently regarding the first edition of this work, Walewski was taken to court by an unknown group calling themselves “Mas Das Nin” claiming his manuscript revealed their most secret teachings, and managing to get all but 300 copies of the 1000 copies printed recalled as a result. I have two copies of the work in pdf, and one of them is longer than the other … still further research finds articles in Italian suggesting the correct name of this group who managed to successfully prosecute the Count was called Mazdaznan or “Master Thought” in old Persian, and these articles lead down some very interesting pathways for those of us who are faithful followers of the old way which may lead to uncovering the true name of that modern day renewal of Nero (to speak obliquely so as to not be controversial)
- Note 114 in Energetic Ascent mentions plexuses as being spoken of in “our tradition” and refers the reader to “the chapter” where discussion is dealt with “in great detail”. I could find no such chapter in the rest of the book or in Mystery of Time, but I did locate it in “Awakening your Other Mind”. This then refers in its initial quotes to the writings of J.P.F. Deleuze “Practical Instruction in Animal Magnetism”, translated by Thomas Hartshorn published in 1879. The chapter refers to the enteric brain as “The Seat of Subconscious” and “A Fundamental Point for connecting to the cosmos”
The sense I’ve had of KB so far in terms of its effects is that this isn’t just a sexual energy sub, but is looking a lot like a precursor to RoB has anyone else noticed something similar?
