Same effect here. Ran one loop this morning when it came out, slept for six hours afterwards. Woke, incredible calm at first confused with tiredness, a lot of lymph movement, with some of the things noticed on ST3 jacked up a bit. Especially the body awareness component.
Supposed to be my 2nd rest day, but I will run 5 minutes of ST4 to close off this cycle.
Thank You!
Same here. Just started Stage 2 on Saturday.
Ran st 4 for 5 mins. It grounds me so much .
Before my exposive energy was just pretty much all in the head . Which is very blissful. But now itās in all of the body. Which is way more calm and peaceful
So far St4 seems to be the gift that just keeps on giving. Continued to notice subtle stuff but the most noticeable aspect was the strong call to action on body centered meditation / vitality generation through this unique form of body centered meditation I tend to work with.
I feel like St4 is reaching into the territory other multi-stagers go to; only KB is one of the only ST4ās Iāve run where the effects are clear and tangible. With QL and Alchemist, St4 feel powerful but remote/subtle and not reaching their full potential; with KB I can feel it pushing its end goal. Maybe because the goal of KB is a lot simpler than QL or Alchemist its easier to pick out.
First Impression of Khan Black Stage 4 (15 min):
- No recon, no fatigue. (I ran Stage 1 - 3 for one cycle each, Stage 1 had subtle effects, Stage 2 brought a bit of recon (anger, tempted to change sub, headache), Stage 3 was quite enjoyable but the energy sometimes felt blocked up.)
Might be the trailer effect, but so far KB4 feels well rounded, energy level rising and finding the right way.

Totally calm.

Slept less last night (6 hours), fresh and awake this morning.
A story of Khan Black: The Crucible healing.
One evening, in the middle of June, a man sat at a dingy card table in a dimly lit basement. Relaxing after work, he was content to read some in an online forum on his phone while his wife walked in the kitchen overhead. He could catch snippets of the conversation with his father in law, but the man wasnāt especially interested at the time. He would be filled in on the details, pertinant or not, later on.
Then it started. An uncomfortable tickling in his brain, quickly followed by a torrent of sadness and shame. The realization spread fast throughout his mental landscape and overtook it entirely:
YOU WERE SEXUALLY ABUSED AS A CHILD.
The manās face had already shifted to a ādead faceā of no emotion even as his tears started. Sigh. Not again. The man had buried this one deep, because no one cares. He knew his mother and grandmother had awareness of something at the time it happened, but nothing was done. There were things he remembered, and things he didnāt remember. The things remembered were bad enough. The incidents forgotten were doubtless worse.
Usually the bad feeling and recollection would sit for a while and then would go away. Tonight however it simply stayed. Along with the feeling came a visual to his Mindās Eye: A massive black sun wreathed in flickering purple flame. It was huge; filling the entirety of his mental vision.
Knowledge came with the visual: Contained within the Black Sun was everything I couldnāt remember. All my mental records that had been locked away about that abuse.
The Black Sun was in my mind, and thus under my control.
The man thought about what was inside, and a crack appeared along the surface of the Black Sun, allowing him to peer inside. A myriad of what looked like projector slides was stored inside, all individual memories. He thought himself back and the sun sealed shut.
He then thought about the Sun being smaller. It was in his mind, thus under his control. It shrank rapidly, down to the size of a basketball, a black sphere in purple flame. Even smaller. A baseball! Smaller! A marble sized object. Smaller yet! A black speck of sand glowing purple hung in his Mindās Eye.
Gone
and it was gone.
It was gone for good. The man sat there, feeling itās removal, when something amazing happened. Within five minutes after it was gone, a sensation moved from his head down to his heart, and he felt release and healing in his heart as well. He knew what was happening by this point, that this was some Khan Black healing, but he was blown away by the heart trauma being healed as well. A testament to the effectiveness of SubClub.
It has been over two months since that night, and the man is doing quite well. It is gone!
Or maybe because thereās the newest tech implemented into it?
glad to hear!
are you running Ultimate Writer?
Beautiful, bro.
Curious how KB would stack with Chosen
What an awesome post brother, thanks for sharing.
Well put!
I wish. I would like to at some point.
Thank you for the compliment.
@SwagKing @Yazooneh
Thank you gentlemen! I kept it under wraps for a while. I had wanted to make sure it was completely gone before I shared. I felt obligated however; people need to know how potent Stage 1 can be.
I think you should check this out. He explains thoroughly about sexuality.
Hey guys officially team KB now, ran 5 mins yesterday, now I understand the ecstasy of life, what we see everything around us, it this same vital force which we so obsess about everyday. Porn definitely robbed us of the most powerful energy in existence our own sexual energy. Now since it is able to flow I am enjoying life⦠Laziness, tiredness? Gone. Hell I just slept for 5 hours and still full of energy. Can focus on tasks better as it feels it is coupled with a sexual desire.
If you see the video above, you will know that sexual energy just wants to create, whether it be a human baby, a piece of art, a product etc. Back when I was a prodigy lol, I remember having this sexual desire towards the thing that I used to love. I can feel that again.
Thanks a lot SC for helping me revive this force. Gratitude.
So does anyone have any real practical system in working with sexual energy transmutation? Yoga techniques, meditations, breathwork, etc?
Also if anyone here has any books, authors, or even YouTube channels that they recommend to further assist in what Khan Black is doing would be great.
Thanks!
