@Extraordinaire bit early to tell. So far the biggest things Iāve noticed are:

Iām able to physically feel energy moving throughout a larger area of my body.

Crazy desire to take up extreme and shooting sports.

Huge increase in desire for sex however more selective about who I share that experience/energy with.

Iām more of a Vegeta guy myself, but yeah, feeling like a Super Saiyan is kind of what Iām expecting KB ST3 and ST4 to do. The fact that youāre saying these Mudras do that without the sub is crazy. Iām on ST2 right now.
Does anyone on ST3 know whether KB activates Sexual Transmutation automatically if we donāt spill our seed, or do we need to pump the energy upwards ourselves?

Cool. Iām looking forward to that. I donāt feel that level of energy yet, but I guess itās sort of happening for me now since Iām focusing my energy towards my writing goals. Itās funny how someone like Tony Robbins or Joe Dispenza would say āEnergy goes where your attention goes.ā Itās one thing to hear them say it, and a whole other thing to actually apply that philosophy and see its validity. Much like Saint saying āTake action.ā
Iām starting to realize that I should at least try and pursue my dreams rather than thinking that itās just a silly dream. Looking forward to what KB and the future of SC has to offer.

Dude Iāve been doing that Mudra without even realizing that itās a Mudra. I usually notice that I do it when a specific female coworker chats me up in my office.
