Sexual energy
In traditional Chinese medicine there are three basic types of energy: Jing, Chi and Shen. Shen corresponds to mind, Chi to basic life energy and Jing to essence, or sexual energy. Of the three, Shen is the lightest, the most refined and the easiest to move. Jing is the densest, the most substantial and the hardest to move. Chi is between the two.
However, when Jing is heated and expands, as happens in a state of sexual arousal, it becomes very easy to move and indeed often moves spontaneously of its own accord. It is this spontaneous movement which is responsible for the sensation of tingly toes and intense warmth or shudders up the spine which many people experience during sex.
In time though, as you continue to balance and refine your energetic system, you will get to the stage when your sexual energy is very refined and so no longer gets hot as a result of arousal. It just expands. When you have reached this stage, your sexual energy will be of a very different form. It becomes subtle and more penetrative such that you could, for example, easily move it through your bones. It also becomes more powerful, though in a somewhat gentle way, and more forceful, yet without a compulsive element to it. This change in nature of your sexual energy will make all the techniques presented in this book more powerful and easier to master. It is also indicative of all your energies beginning to merge into one as separations within the self are overcome. Ultimately, it is this which constitutes mastery of the sexual urge.

I do feel pleasant energy moving throughout my body and I am smiling a lot for no reason - which I did years ago after a kundalini experience.
I feel it mostly in my heart / chest area today. It moves. I first felt it in my stomach area on my first cycle.
I donāt do any practice other than what feels natural because I know itās not necessary for a kundalini awakening from experience. I do hum sometimes as I can really feel the energy reverberate. And as Azriel says below it does feel sexual.

Just out of curiosity, why not KB + Stark or KB + Wanted?
Seems my energetic channels are getting so robust that even after a long day of hard work or a long night of partying, Iāve still got energy to spare. My need for sleep is also decreasing although I still try and get a good amount of it.
My overall stamina and endurance on all levels of my being are rapidly increasing. Itās starting to feel like Iām being turned into a source of power itself instead of just having my natural energy increased.
Iām also consciously starting to control more of my nutritional intake with a diet full of more vitamins, minerals, amino acids, proteins, carbs and fats. Also starting to notice Iām making more shrewd financial decisions in general.
Iām guessing all this extra energy has got me tending to more things Iāve been putting off cause I actually have the energy now. I felt the same in stage one but this vitality is on another level entirely.

I hadnāt considered this, but the archetype of Stark doesnāt fit the energy I am trying to awaken
I want more masculine groundedness, not necessarily celebrity charm
Gave me intense recon, makes me think KB + Wanted is a more advanced stack for me that I should ease myself into, with KB + GLM first

Iāll be starting KB (St2), Stark and Wanted next week. Ive done Stark, Wanted, and Sage before and loved it. Intense masculine subs donāt agree with me much, they make me grumpy and kill my creativity. I seem to do much better with more free flowing subs like Stark, RM, UA, CWON, RoS etc., Out of whome I find Stark and RM to have a perfect mix of masculinity and creativity/flow. Just my experience tho

Have you also tried Ascension or AM, because those are normal masculine ones, not like Emperor, EB, or Khan?
I love Ascension as i can use it as a pre workoutā¦ but it does the same to me, which is why I just run a 3 min loop pwo on leg dayā¦ itās funny actually that Emperor made me calmer on ZP, on Qv2 it filled me with rage, but Emperor does kill my social skills so I donāt run it (now I know people say thatās not the case it just makes you value your time more etc etc, at the end of the day it does make me less sociableā¦so thereās that)

Although I never noticed or experienced anything during stage 1, on stage 2, on my second day of listening to a single loop, the effects were intense. I had vivid dreams in which I was relentlessly attacked by entities, and despite my determined efforts to fight them off, I couldnāt achieve victory. The following morning, I woke up feeling miserable for the first few hours, but eventually returned to my usual state.
The third day of listening the vivid dreams were more intense I had members of my family blaming me for everything that had gone wrong in life.

I got a crazy idea, since KB is still blooming despite taking rest days of 2. I am being more dominant in every parts of life. I am just thinking to try Divine Diamond & BDLM too. Since I was avid porn user since my very childhood, So my stagnant sex energy is to be blame for my downfall?
I stay away from Sexual track but just in occasion here 1 or 2 but never took them seriously. I tried KB just by accident because my original stack was different altogether.
