It’s funny you mention people veing nicer to you, I’ve felt the same yesterday. Even when socializing with people in the past week people were treating me more like before my depression! I was wondering if it was HoM kicking in on this level or KB2. I had a feeling KB2 was responsible because a lot of the effect I’m having now were not present when I tryed HoM last year. It’s like KB2 makes the whole stack more effective and powerful.
I get this easy socializing mode. I also felt that “idgaf” vibe from inside me when taking a walk with my girl, like I know whatever happens things will work out. It’s soooo wierd but I feel like thanking god I can feel this way again

On my 4th loops of second KB cycle. Running stage 2 alongside Genesis. Things are really starting to pick up. I’ve noticed stage 2 took a bit longer for me to “kick in” then stage 1; but yesterday was my first taste of it. I hadn’t released in about 4-5 days, I have a long term relationship so this is about as long as I have been making it. Have some sessions where I don’t release but trying to have sex for an extended period of time and not releasing is defientley still a change, even if I edge it 
.
I’ve also virtually gave up drinking and this has been the big game changer for me. In the past I was more of a weekend binger, but the effects of drinking/partying would carry well into my work week, get me out of touch with my goals, and really satisfy my progress, and finances. I am in such a stronger place mentally since starting KB, and finally feel like I actually have the energy and discipline to stick to my goals.
I’m not completely sure on what this is yet as far as goals. Genesis however has me thinking about it constantly, and aside from the goals I have a much more clear vision of the e type of person I want to become/am becoming. Genesis is also working beautifully socially, just much more at ease in most situations, no pressure or social anxiety. Something I didn’t really expect but Is a pretty big perk of Genesis.
This stack feels incredibly well rounded because of my over all energy and inner state. I’m performing well at work, my relationship is solid, motivation for the gym is high, discipline. Covers all the bases really strong, socially I look forward to talking with people, imagine once I hit my stride in finding what type of business I’d like to pursue my finances will take off as well. I can see my self sticking to this stack for the next 6 months, progressing through KB, and seeing where I’m at at that time.

Anyone else’s diet changed drastically since using this subliminal?
I have been led to a “caveman” style diet where I only eat things a human would, before they started domesticating animals and farming.
So fatty meats, certain vegetables, no dairy, some fruits.
Even the the cooking oil is to only be animal fat such as lamb fat etc.
With intermittent fasting.

Same, when starting st1 I felt a strong urge to cut grains and processed food!
I was already pretty good regarding this as I had cut most PUFA but I pushed to the next level.

Funny you mention this, I’ve had the same urge to but because eating shit food has been a constant for my entire life it’s been hard to stop, especially considering my woeful cooking skills.
One of the biggest issues during my period of recon with KBBC stage 1 has been with eating garbage food, processed, PUFAs, sweets, etc. I think the sub is screaming for me to take action on this plane ASAP.

Yeah, I have also a problem with sleeping. Yesterday LOS, KB 1. Slept only 4 hours this night, but despite that and despite I got the worse oura ring score ever I was able to do my usual almost two hours long workout.
