Yes, you become so grounded it feels like you’re the eye of the storm. Much harder to get oneitis. Especially after realizing any increase of focus on anything, feels like reality starts to shift in your favor.

To report on my experience with kb st1 as it may help with the update.
I did 3 cycles of kb1 al tho i felt like my body was purging like overheating as if i was in an oven during dreams sometimes it also made things a lot worse especially during 5day washout.
I didnt use much porn prior to it but during recon on that sub i felt as if a dam was broken on all kinds of perversions and cravings that i wasnt barely into before started overtaking my sexuality and overwhelmed by massive feelings of lust for several days in a row and overall more porn consumption during 3cycles, i dont think in my entire life i was in that much lust energy or used porn as then.
It was as if a storm on wide open sea overcame me and even irl i was looking at women as sexual objects like animal in wild with one focus…
I did meditate and workout but it didnt seem to matter much, made me quite unbalanced overall. I took a pause from it after 3rd cycle.

Everything you listed is in direct opposition of the script itself and honestly sounds like you already have an incredible surplus of sexual energy that needs to be expressed somehow. I’m guessing you do energetic practices designed to actually increase your sexual energy rather than cultivate / redirect it through the body.
The reason I say this is because:
This is a side effect from various Yogic practices, namely those related to the “rise of Kundalini.” KB is designed to do the exact opposite of this — it helps you regulate your sexual energy. Yes, you may feel a bit hot when you first use it, but it does not “contain energy” itself. There’s no energy being transferred from the sub to you. The script is just written to help you circulate your own sexual energy while developing it slowly and naturally.
The only way to have effects like this is if the user already has an incredible amount of sexual creative energy, and the only way it gets this intense is if you’re cultivating sexual energy though practices designed to do so.
Most people can’t even sense subtle energy. Many others develop the ability as they go into deep states and begin to sense it. To feel this after a dream is a clear indication of already developed senses.
If you’re going to continue to use KB, you’ll need to engage in energetic practices focused on moving energy organically rather than developing more sexual energy.

Just to clarify i wasnt doing any yogic or energetic exercises rising it, but did have already good senses for feeling subtle energy.
The new dr red is helping me have a better grasp on my sexual energy and not being pulled as much by lust so i will keep it in stack when starting khan black again and yeah i do plan on starting some energy based practice soonish.
Could you elaborate on what kind of scripting dr red has that heals the sexual area?
If it’s not Kundalini related practices like @SaintSovereign said, then this is the issue. The overheating feeling is from activating the sexual energy and not allowing it to release. Once you activate the sexual energy, it’s much harder to “turn it back”, and if done enough will lead to stagnation of the energy, which causes the weird cravings and thoughts.
Release (and don’t beat yourself up for it, you want balance not extremism), and when you start working with your sexual energy, notice your thoughts more and allow yourself to not be sexualized 24/7. Consistently thinking about big booties while you’re not releasing is not a good thing.
However, be aware that if you are doing any yogic or any other sexual practices, including any sort of “Shaktipats”, modalities that claim to deal with energy, attunements, etc., you could be causing all kinds of energetic weirdness in your system. This is why it’s important to not kitchensink yourself with modalities like everyone else likes to do. It’s not because Fire and Saint are “gatekeeping”, it’s because you can be doing all kinds of weirdness to yourself and not even know it before it’s too late.

After the third cycle when i stopped (most problems were around first and second cycle washout) i went to a kundalini shaktipat retreat was ok but i decided not to continue with the exercises given by guru at the retreat as it didnt feel the right time for me.
But it felt as a potential manifestation of khan black as a pathway for energetic development.
I noticed at the event some had spontaneous trauma and blockages release which makes me think it could go well with dr red st3 based on the sales letter.
Theres one again in january so thinking it could be a good outlet for manifestion of dr red and khanblack to release blockages faster.
I want to get into energy work consistently just not sure whats the ideal pathway for me.

I needed two cycles of KB3 to notice the increase. But since I only spent one cycle on KB2 and didn’t do any kind of energetic practice, this was a bad idea. I had heat attacks at night, lay awake,… I was so not prepared for this experience. I even needed Paragon Sleep for a cycle to recover my sleep.
Interesting, I’ll see if something happens in the next cycles.
Anyway, I did 4 loops of kb1 and kb2. Both paired with alternating LB and Sanguine (one LB cycle, one Sanguine cycle).
The last one was KB3 + LB, next one will be KB3 + Sanguine

I had 4 cycles of KB1 and KB2 as well. Only that I needed three cycles of KB1 to overcome my porn issues.
Then I hurried through stage 2. A bad idea.

Regarding women I’ve come to the conclusion that KB St1 has been the most important stage of KB to me. I’m on my second round of KB, with four cycles of stage one under my belt (did two cycles in my first round of KB, so six cycles KB St1 in total).
Women sense that I am absolutely non-judgemental, they do feel sexually free in my presence and this has led to the best intimate moments of my life.
I’m pretty conviced that KB, Sanguine and LB is the best way to freedom in the meaning of inner autonomy.
I don’t know if that’s what @Fire intended with KB but my experience of it is that each of the first stages seem to correlate and work with each of the first three chakras.
ST1 works heavily with my root and a strong feeling of groundedness and power arising.
ST2 tackles more the sacral and ST3 the solar plexus and willpower.
To me it really felt like a rising journey.
I only ran ST4 a few times but didn’t notice as much from it likely due to the fact that it has a wider scope encompassing all stages and would take more time to show results.
Saint (or Fire, not really sure) once said that the word “chakra” is not part of the script of KB. This is because the chakra “system” is already some sort of preconception that would be forced upon the listener. In QiGong for example, there’s usually nothing like the chakras.
I guess sanguine would be the call, to be more relaxed and present. Doing some sort of sport or yoga would be the action to take to get more into your body.
And as someone who is quite into design, but without sacral: there are videos with questions for sacral beings. Try to recreate that live with a friend.
