Main Disc. Thread - Khan Black: The Crucible (Custom Core Now Available!)

Went to bed at 11 last night, super tired, ran 3 mins of st1 while on bed. Body kicked me out of sleep at 5 feeling fresh and energized, so i took a cold shower, had coffee and was at the gym at quarter to 6 :fire:

Yup, KB has a 5 hour delay.

So you mean I was… Sex Lagged?image_search_1720591574266

Interesting that you say that, I feel KB instantly, while listening. Like from the 5th second onward. Especially Stage 4. Microcosmic orbit automatically starts to flow in me when I listen to it, I start to feel my aura and energy flow in body becomes very very active.

I always wondered what other people experience while listening to subs. Most of the time I get a vision or download and some understanding what the sub does. Only listening to max 3 mins yet because I already get so much information from them.

Would you please explain this more?

Same. I run my loop about 30 minutes before a Qigong session.

Constantly fantasizing about sex burns up your vital energy, hence why those who go no-fap and no porn start having ā€œsuperpowers,ā€ as their sexual energy is now being utilized by the body and mind itself and they feel more powerful and intelligent.

What @Fire is pointing out is that you still need release of that sexual energy somehow, or it turns ā€œstagnantā€ and can lead back to the behaviors that you wanted to avoid in the first place.

Things like Qigong keeps that energy moving and being utilized by the mind and body in a healthy manner.

I noticed that when I used to listen to KB St1 for 30 seconds, I would feel the effects almost immediately. I made it a habit to listen to it for 30 seconds every day. However, now that I listen for 3 minutes, I have to wait for my mind to process the information, and then I feel the effects about 4-5 hours later. That’s why I prefer to listen to it for 3 minutes before bed, so that when I wake up, I am fully charged for the day.

I just started ST2 this week, should be interesting.

Interesting.
You run subs every day? What do you experience during washouts? Does the heavy processing come then?

I can confirm this one.

When I started energy cultivation in late 2008, light bulbs started to die in my house.

I would say that it was accident but it repeated a few times. Including my brothers internet router.

A bizarre feeling: ā€œI’m a magician… No, I’m notā€.

When I met a very sexual brunette girl and we had the WILDEST sex ever. And then another girl. And then the another. Harem is not about ego boost, its about having an abundance of sexual energy.

It was not about the amount of frictions in… it was about the passion. Then I say passion, I mean PASSION.

It is not about to have more energy, its about the ability to integrate it ecologically in your life.

I guess Khan Black does it perfectly.

If updated NSE Khan Black can help to integrate it, it would be perfect.

Nah, just typical after effects of what I was listening to for about a week or 2.

I guess everyone is different :call_me_hand:

That’s the idea. @Fire leads the projects related to energy and he’s developing some pretty interesting ideas for the NSE version.

It’s great that you are getting interested in Fa Jing! But please… leave this guy alone

On the subject of books, and Kundalini teachers in the west.

I purchased Robert Bruce’s course ā€œMastering Kundalini & Energy Workā€ ages ago and I only watched through the first part. He at least seems legit to me, or legit enough - but I’d like a second opinion because what the hell do I know? Do any of you guys have experience from Bruce’s work on the subject?

I also wonder if anyone else have encountered the book ā€œDark Light Consciousness: Melanin, Serpent Power, and the Luminous Matrix of Realityā€ by Edward Bruce Bynum, and what your thoughts are about it. I’m halfway through and have found it rather illuminating so far. image

Also huge thanks @GoldenBird for that post you put together here back in Febuary with various books and resources. It was very enlightening (100% pun intended) :raised_hands:

Running Kb3 with LOTS and Apex. Sex is the last thing on my mind… I added the primodial aura module to the custom. Does this mean that the sexual energy will continue to be channeled into physical exercise and not my aura ?.

Simply because it’s just so good.

I’m finally running KB2, it’s been over a week and I like it very much, it felt much more subtle than stage 1 at first, St1 hit like a train everytime, so much power is released with it, but st2 is working its magic very differently and is no less powerful, I’m feeling a refinement in the energy, compared to st1 that feels more like ground work.

Question: @Forum_Ambassadors

stacking KB1 and KB2, ok or not ok?

Ok :+1:

It’s not like stacking Khan ST1 and ST2 where Total Breakdown can overwhelm K2.

KB ST1 and ST2 though can be stacked since Ignition of the Inner Flame (ST1) can work side by side with Temperance of the Currents (ST2).

Although it would be a good idea to run KB1 solo for a while before stacking it with KB2 to get some time for the ā€œInner flame to be of sufficient strength before it can be temperedā€.

My experience with KB has been that it showed me how multi-factorial the interaction with this energy is. At first, it was easy using KB to move into sublimation of the energy, but then things changed. It was like in order to fully integrate and master the energy, I needed to see the different aspects of the mind body spirit system and how they interacted upon one another.

Even St Paul said of people who could not practice abstinence, ā€œBut if they cannot contain, let them marry: for it is better to marry than to burnā€. So I dig what Fire is saying.

What I’ve been able to see as KB unfolded (mainly looking at it in retrospect) is how for example diet and the state of our nervous system can affect our ability to ā€œcontainā€, or not to ā€œburnā€. Often the sensation of horniness, outside of the pure hormonal nature of it, that zing or electric feeling through the nerves, is the result of demyelinisation, and there are plenty of studies on how fat cells assist in repairing damaged nerve cells. A lot of the high protein diet folks are probably not getting enough fat to keep their nervous system healthy enough to practice sublimation easily.

The other aspect is in building the right relationship between body and mind for receiving these signals from the nervous system that occur through elevated sex hormones. For people who are ā€œof the worldā€, this is a very difficult thing to do. One way to start to shift in this direction is to start working with the flow state more often and to practice seeing the world from the perspective of energy rather than matter; such a shift is something easier and more practical to do than a hard shift from a materialist perspective to a spirit driven one, and it gives the advantage of being able to perceive the feeling as something that can be steered rather than an external fact of biology.

The revelation of how important fat (and lecithin) is to the the nervous system when you’re running this type of energy though was a big one that came up and that I haven’t seen discussed yet.

@Fire is NOT a fan. I’ll let him explain, since I don’t quite understand, but I trust his judgment.

Pretty much this applies:

If you’re having multiple Kundalinis over and over, you’re not raising Kundalini, just pushing energy up through the central channel.

Better to find a real Yoga teacher if you want to dive into the topic of Kundalini - it’s an advanced process that comes from a very specific tradition, yet modern people like to just rip it out of the tradition, remove all the preparation, warnings and methods and then claim its the real deal. It’s not.

Think of it like this… let’s take swimming. Take away the water, the swimming movements and the gear. What do you have left? You’re just doing random movements on the floor. Would you call that swimming?
