Main Disc. Thread - Khan Black: The Crucible (Custom Core Now Available!)

Kb3 reduces sleep time drastically.

How many hours do you usually sleep? And how many hours are you sleeping now after KB3?

Do one more cycle of KB2 and then come back to KB3 is the easy fix.

You can do a practise called microcosmic orbit to regulate the energy if you are into energetic development.

Or just Make sure you spend the energy completely either in a very difficult task Or focus intensive work.

When I was on KB3, I made it a point to use up all my energy one way or the other, either in physical work or mental work, so that I can fall asleep.

I also slept in a slightly cooler room because of the increased heat from the body.

Even after all this, I only slept for Four or five hours, Instead of the usual eight hours for a whole cycle.

I was physically fine, But mentally it was too much change too quickly. Like years of sleeping for eight hours suddenly got changed to only four or five hours. I felt like a different person and I just dropped KB3 and went to kb4 after that.

Now that I think about it, I should restart my KB cycle soon

Still 8 - 9. And I’m not like super fit and energetic all day. I’m even often tired for the first hour after waking up.

Might be worth to consider.

I’ve read about it a couple of times in here, but as stated above, I didn’t actually do any kind of energy work. I’m open to do it in the future though.

So I would need to start some sport again. If everything goes as planned and I find a new job, intense mental work is a given as well.

Thanks for your recommendations.
I’ll wait if I get a few more answers, atm KB2 sounds like a good idea.

Yeah, maybe drop it, since you’re asking that question, it might mean it’s served its purpose for you at this point.

Or, if you really want to keep it, then I’m curious, when are your listening times? Maybe try listening to it earlier in the day. Or take magnesium supplements.

Have you tried any calming exercise or breathwork? I’ve started doing 4-7-8 breathwork at night and it puts me to sleep before I even finish the 12 minute session.

Also how’s your caffeine intake?

Why not just work with it later?

From what you describe, your body’s gradually making changes to improve your energetic system and circulation. I imagine that if you stay with it long enough, the symptoms will subside. Another factor is how much are you exercising during the day? I think that would really help. Doing a lot of swimming, running, or cycling. Breathing-intensive activities.

But stopping or even taking an extended break would probably be good. Your body’s going to keep making beneficial changes for some period of time after you stop running it.

Probably a good idea to read through the program description again, and decide if it’s what you want to run right now.

KB has me more creative and less distracted.

Now I’m turning my KB stack experiences into mythological fiction

LOL… @saintsovereign in his review of KB said that in order to fully explain his results he’d have to write Scripture. I guess I’m not the first person who needs ancient writing styles to fully express the magic that is this sub.

Its been a rather bumpy road for me on KB however I am going to reunite with my father after many many years in a few days. If I don’t attempt to reunite with him I will feel like a coward for the rest of my life. Despite what happened between is blood is thicker then water. All I have had the last few days is dreams of meeting my father yet I never took the step.

I’m staring KB 4 after my washout that starts in 2 days. Not sure what to expect with stage 4. I’ve been alternating 15 mins and either 30 seconds or 3 mins.

I definitely would like to try that combo in the future. In the meantime it’s new LB and Primal for me.

I’ve always been creative and could come up with lots of ideas, but putting them into action was not something I excelled at. Khan regular could be the ticket!

Any cliffnotes? That’s a 5300 post thread I don’t want to comb through if I’m being honest.

I made a LB/TWTP custom a looong time ago, and threw in every single pain point and weakness I have, and threw them into a custom. Things like organization perfected and purity without (cleaning and organizing), Achilles Heel to tackle weaknesses directly, Emotions unfettered, etc.

So… soon, my stack will be Khan ST1 + KB ST1 + LB/TWTP

That’s good thinking. TWTP has long been on my list and would be a good transition to Khan and Khan black combo. I’ve definitely got some time to spend with new Primal also.

I don’t know if I should mention this but a couple hours ago I was driving on a very scenic route. I noticed a very subtle vibration kind of on the back of my tongue area. It very subtle and feels good but subtle. It just started up again so it reminded me and made me want to mention it. So maybe some greater flow in the throat chakra? I don’t work with chakras just have a basic understanding of that. Generally I’ve been a more heart centered person and have had heart openings in the past before subs.

Also I’ve been feeling very subtle like good feelings in my body. I thought it was physical but it might actually be energetic. So that would be my first with any new awareness or sense of energy. And today was my first loop of KB 4.

Planning for KBst2, will stacking it with GLM:TC be too much with energetic and physical aura?

It shouldn’t. KB should actually help the auras express better, energy flow smoother. Longest title I’ve kept in my stack, probably won’t be going anywhere soon.

Thank you, stack set :+1:
