I suspect that is just your laser sharp mental focus.
KBâs primary effects are, if you are not trained in energy work, IMO often not tangible. And the secondary blend in quite well too, as the energy flows where it is needed/directed.

Normally I would use BL for focus but I dropped it and began listening to Stage 3 and I have so much mental focus my mind feel so tidy like its been house cleaned.

I can pull extremely positive energy from all those around me towards me all the time. And everyone offers it to me willingly. This makes me feel ecstatic pleasure and relaxation all over my body.
My question is: is absorbing too much positive energy bad? Iâm unsure coz iâve seen the recommendation of finding a spiritual teacher if u are doing something spiritual.
I think the answer is that its alright coz:
- phoenix led me to this state of being.
- And it feels so goddamn good.
But, I gotta ask to make sure that Iâm not missing something.
And ik this is not directly khan black related but Iâm posting here coz its energy related. Hope thatâs ok. Iâm running pheonix solo.

Umm im not sure if experiencing esctactic pleasure for hours at a time then some more is normal or healthyâŚ

Iâd recommend you read Lester Levensonâs story. He talks about this kind of thing also, âI would go higher and higher and higher and say, âOh, my gosh, there can be nothing higher than this!â But I would try. And, I would go higher. Then I would say, âOh, there canât be anything higher than this!â But I would try, and go higher! And then say, âOh, there canât be anything happier than this!â until I realized there was no limit to happiness!â

Hello everyone⌠just a confirmation cause I find a it bit confusining reading something on the audio instructions, but different things here in the forum.
KB is not updated to the latest ZP2 right? Is it completely ok to listen to just 30" or 1 minute with KBâs version of ZP? Do we still get the complete script?

Saint himself listened to KB only for 30 seconds so youâre good.
I wouldnât care about getting the full script. What you should want is the best effect on your life. Therefore find your sweetspot, keep to it, try to add every now and then to find out if it moved in the meantime.
You wonât get the full script with one minute. Saint stated that it at least takes 3 minutes.
But since with each repetition the scripting gets amended, you could say, that you only get the full script after 15 minutes (since only the last repetition has the complete âfullâ script).

I wonder how does that work with physical shifting subs?
Well for example that here in the forum it suggested, to use whatever length, or that the less the better⌠but as far as I remember in the official instruction you are still supposed to listen to the full audioâŚ
I didnât remember when the all microlooping thing started and if it applies only to the latest technology ⌠I donât know what is the version of KB (and you neither)
I donât want to be polemical, I just think that a little more clarity would be useful.

Yeah, this seems obvious. Instructions are usually given to use a product in the most efficent way
15m in the official pdf is not the minimum, itâs the maximum. You can go as low as you want. The ones who made the subs actively encourage starting with low exposure.
Microlooping applies to every version of subs currently available in the store. There are currently ZPv2, ZPv2 MAX, and ZPv2 MAX with NSE.
KB is ZPv2 MAX.
SC is working on a new instruction that includes lower exposure. But before that gets released, The rule of thumb is you can do whatever you want as long as you donât exceed the recommended listening schedule from the official pdf.

10min search scrolling through Saintâs history and I found it, interesting info about microloops and full script.
Now, since we were going to reveal this in the new instruction manual anyway â Zero Point powered subliminals have âbreak pointsâ in all the scripts that contain the totality of the whole, but within that one section, and the following âbreak pointsâ build upon the last. In essence, each ZP title is a mini-four stager. So, to start out with a microloop and focus on that while building up over time, is MUCH MUCH more effective than trying to do the entire whole at once.
TADA. The âsecretâ of microloops, which as we said â was based upon practicality, and not any kind of mysticism or forbbiden techniques. Nothing but pure innovation. This method allows anyone to get benefit from a title, regardless of whether they run the full thing or not.

Donât be too concerned about the âwhole scriptâ. Instead, be concerned with YOU. The main reason for using micro-loops is about you and what the optimal amount of content is for you at this time.
You are the most important ingredient in your subliminals experience.
Feed protein to an eagle and its body makes feathers. Feed protein to a rhinoceros and it makes thick hide and a horn.
The same building block in both cases (protein), but it contributes to very different building projects in each case.
Listening to 15 seconds is still going to help your mind with its building projects. And then, yes; when you can handle more, you may add more. And that will help you to build even more. But your identity and your growth do not come from the subliminals. Rather, the sub helps you with the identity and growth that are coming from you.
You can and will grow without the subs. But with them, your growth is even more empowered. Think of them like different kinds of plant food.

All is good and true, but I was asking about !version and microlooping!. As far as I understand no version of these titles are the same as the previous one, so:
- I didnât know what version is currently KB, itâs a bit confusing for me cause I donât have the time to visit in here everyday, also all the acronyms ecc
- It was not clear to me if microloop efficency was applicable to every single version of the sub or not.

Yes, Khan Black is appropriate for microloops. And itâs one of the more recently created programs.
I think Saint talks about using microloops for KB somewhere up above on this very thread.
