The Ascension Chamber has a soothing, meditative musical track that functions as a mini-booster for your stack. I prefer the female voice version of the audio over the masked or silent variants. You should be able to find this 7-minute track in the download section of the Ascension Chamber.
I just checked, I donāt have it in my downloads, just instructions zip and another zip with masked and ultrasonic mp3 files. I am using masked which is 7minute track.

I think you downloaded them as supercharger but they are available on sub club lifecharger app for Android (except libertine- banned by Google over subject matter)

Nah, I just checked. It says on the sales page once they finalize Ascension Chamber they will turn it into a Lifecharger.
You know what would really work really well with Khan Black is a mini version of RoM or Mindās eye in the script. Something like Stark and Renaissance Man to help guide your visualization skills to move energy while doing energy practices like QiGong,NeiGong, and ShenGong

For those who have run through the KB stages, how much time have you given each stage? Last time I ran through a four-stager in its entirety was Dragon Reborn pre-ZP and I gave myself 2 months per stage.

They usually recommend at least 2 cycles per stage, and more if you feel you need it.
Remind me again what the current length of a cycle isā¦is it 30 days?

Khan Black 1: 15 June to 17 August
Khan Black 2 (as program core in a custom subliminal): 26 August to 5 November
Khan Black 3 (as standalone program): 11 November to 15 February (there was a 5 week washout in the middle of that)
Khan Black 4 (as a program core in a custom): since 21 February
So about 2 months for each stage, and for the 4th stage, Iām just planning to play it indefinitely.
Iām kind of laughing to myself these days because Khan Black, this awesome transformative program, is kind of disappearing in my stack right now. Iām often not even thinking about it or tracking its effects. haha. Itās like a quiet, V12 engine and energy source, just doing its thing under the hood. Instead, my attention usually goes to the Revelation programs or to Genesis Mogul and Nouveau RICH.
I know itās there, but I donāt think about it. (Except that I do think about it, because I am quick to do a washout these days, knowing how much power is roaring through my programs. And quick to do a micro-loop too.)

I just started stage 2 after 3 months of stage 1.
For me, it was really a thing of feeling.
After the first two cycles I took a few days to consider if Iām sure that thatās all KB1 has to give and then I decided to stick with it for another cycle.
My plans for the other stages are the same.
Always listen to your subconscious feeling (as long as itās not recon)

I am on my 3rd cycle of KB1 but keep in mind i am running it in a custom. Both Khan stage 1 and KB stage 1.
Hit horrible recon today coz im my infinite wisdom i decided to run it two days in a row. felt so pissed off and angry wanted to masturbate it was horrible :

Iām just having this feeling that stage 2 is so important for multistage subs most people donāt realize that moving to stage 2 would prevent stagnation and take the healing of stage 1 to the next level. I was feeling I needed so much healing done it wasnāt until I moved to stage 2 I was able confront some trauma by channeling my energy towards rebuilding and clearing some dead debris. I was passing through recon as well until I decided to take the advice of micro looping and then since then Iāve been getting the results and healing I want, I feel so much better confronting my demons and Iām no longer running from them. Iām pairing this sub with Khan and itās been so helpful, the healing has been multifaceted though you have to be prepared to deal with the recon and changes it will bring you, you canāt run away from your demons and baggageās if you keep on running these subs, it will expose them and youāll be left naked.
One thing Iām glad about is that I was feeling I need to spend 3months on stage 1 but after this weekend Iām grateful I just spent 2cycles instead and moved ahead. My advice do whatās best for you but donāt use other peopleās experience to judge your own personal experience cos every one has his/journey which is unique.
Itās funny how an action I took by reading the copy and browsing about āinternal powerā help me uncover the things I was running from.

Iāve only ever seen it officially recommended to run one cycle per stage. If at the end of that cycle you feel you need more before proceeding, continue doing what youāre doing.
Old tech in certain titles were scripted to let you know when it was good to move to the next stage if I remember correctly, I donāt think thatās been removed.
It has popularized on the forum to run certain things more than one stage however, and the idea has merit. I can say that running Khan Black ST1 for multiple cycles was necessary for me and helped greatly with the corresponding stages, but that was a choice I made for myself.
I could have missed something from Saint or Fire though, I donāt read everything on here.
