I ran through the stages one cycle per stage then stayed on ST4 an extended period. Never felt the need to run through the stages again as ST4 gave me everything I needed in that department as well as having a combo of the other 3 stages in it.

Have used ST3 to stack with at times since it’s less dense and it’s the stage the copy officially recommends for stacking. ST4 stacks well also just more dense.

ST1 gave me anger recon for the first half cycle. ST2 I was on summer vacay for most of the cycle so it was a smooth ride.

Just a few loops into stage 2 and noticing how different the energy moves compared to stage 1. It’s more subtle and subdued, but not absent – the drive and willingness is still there but the impulse feels like more of a suggestion than a command.

On stage 1 I experienced (many) sexual energy surges that led to a couple of experiences of intense pleasure that I hadn’t experienced in months with my girl (we already have a pretty good baseline but this was off the charts for both of us, and she totally synced with my vibe). And just as easily as I expressed that sexual energy I was able to redirect it: there was a no-effort string of 7 days without sex, then a 13 day streak without sex. It was outside my norm but it wasn’t forced or unnatural, I just preferred not to and that was that…plus, I noticed a minor uptick in productivity during those periods. Also, there was an old limiting belief around performance that came up and got instantly dissolved, which was a good feeling.

And that basically sums up stage 1 for me. Overall, it seems to have increased my awareness of where/how the sexual energy is flowing and my ability to tap into it.

The only reason I started running Khan Black was so I could run AEON with greater effect, but now I’m thinking I may want to go a little further down this rabbit hole.

I’m probably gonna restart it in January.
Khan showed me that I still need to cleanse and build my energetic system.
Probably alchemist and AEON after that.
Time will tell.

If you run khan black do you have to do all 4 stages ? Can I just run stage 1 and stage 2 and just run those every other cycle ? So for example let’s say my stack is ascension, love bomb, khan black st1, then my next cycle ascension love bomb, khan black st2, then my next cycle ascension, love bomb, khan black st1 etc ? Is it a must to run all 4 stages for khan black ? I ask because if I were to use this sub it would be with the goal of dealing with my sexual energy in a healthy way and channeling my sexual energy into healthy outlets vs negative outlets ex fapping watching porn. As I’m on Nofap my sexual energy will be increased by default as time goes on since I’m building my sexual energy not releasing it from pmo. My goal is to master my sexual energy and learn to control it and channel in it healthy ways. Maybe my understanding from reading the sales page is wrong but I feel khan black stage 1 and 2 would help me master and learn to channel my sexual energy in healthy ways. Stage 3 seems like it will increase my sexual energy and stage 4 which is not something I’m focused on right now. Stage 1 and 2 is something that sounds like something that could help my Nofap goals.

That’s the exact thing I’m trying to master I want to be able to handle Immense sexual energy. Lots of times in the past and even recently I’m on Nofap my sexual energy is high I can’t handle the tension and I release it with pmo.
So can I just run the first 2 stages of khan black ? Maybe down the road like 6 months from now or a year from now run I’ll st3 and st4 , but I want to just focus on the first 2 stages of khan for at least 6 months to 1 year learning to master my sexual energy in my body

You can absolutely do it that way.
Kahn mentions specifically to run all 4 stages once you’ve started. KB doesn’t do that.
Also I’ve run KB1-3 and aborted after stage 3. To much energy. Should have done it your way and just focused on stage 1 and 2.

It’s planned. Probably beginning 2026.
Khan made me realize that my energetic system needs more work.
My stack is safe for now, but maybe, I’ll squeeze something else in for a couple of months.
Maybe GLM or new Ascension, or I’ll update my LB+Ascension custom. Some masculine update probably couldn’t harm before running KB.

I had the same experience the first weeks with it almost 2 years ago, it was my first sub here, I felt uncontrollably sexual, lots of sexual thoughts and all over the place intense energy, I had to stop because I was too much for the friend I lived with at that time and I felt very much overwhelmed.

Since then I have had many cycles with stage 1 and nowadays when I listen it’s like an automatic click into higher gear, I clearly feel the energy in lower chakras concentrating as one stable pool that is available at will and flows and energize my whole system.

No sexual thought whatsoever, the opposite actually , I feel solid strength and clarity and the longer I dont indulge and release the more intensely energetically strong I become and the mental clarity and overall mental capacity and intuitive capacity is on another level.

And what I like about it is the energy feels neutral, like it’s not pushing me in any direction, it just stimulates and increase my own energy and then I just do what I want with this increased capacity.

Because of these amazing benefits I never cared to run any other stage than st1, I briefly tried st2 but it felt too subtle so I didn’t bother and ended up stacking it with St1 which was really really good but it takes a slot in the stack so I stick to the volcano that is stage 1!

I am sure if you can overcome whatever the sub is triggering sexually for you, you will also discover that this sub is not what you think, it’s not sexual at all, it really is pure energetic improvement.

Thanks for sharing this is very enlightening.

What you seem to talk about to me is when you spend a lot of time with a subliminal you no longer have the processing tiredness, reconciliation of integration and it will just manifest a well organised alchemical process within the mind because subconscious structures have already been formed to
create positive reaction to it, because of the past integration essentially.

Also was not having sexual thoughts and my sexual energy was very controlled because of the program. For me it was more the healing process was overwhelming and manifested sexual conversations and experiences to heal past traumas which became at the forefront of my day all the time.

And also a sexual aura, you did not have a sexual aura from this? If I want to use this for Spirituality I do not want a sexual aura but transmute it into a different energy than sexuality, essentially.

But anyway reading your feedback gives me the idea that I just have to spend more time with it.

I might do that in the future after finishing New Alchemist.

@SoulFire the results you are having sound very amazing. I could use the charging in my lower chakras it would be very conducive to me especially if I can keep the sexuality more in the backseat.

@Parsifal let us follow the good example of @SoulFire and not derail the GLM Thread.

Yeah same here and I cannot afford that since I have to be active and have responsibilities to meet so perhaps I’ll wait till it gets an upgrade m with some of the newest anti-recon stuff and then check back in if it has balanced and improved my experience with it.

Otherwise will have to take it on when I can take more of a healing leisure periode in my life. Or when I feel like I can meet these things with more balance and grace, perhaps in the future after pulling off a significant time with Godlike Masculinity, if I feel like I have the grit for that.

My main thing back then, I remember, is that it was putting my focus too much on healing which I did not like. Perhaps it is only for awhile but I didn’t expect it and I was not into it much so will revisit it another time. I wanted it for energy development mainly and it did the opposite. I decided to run it because I wanted to have more energy and it gave me less.

I did have some fun sexual experiences on it though but also it was nothing I was looking for, my main goal was energy development.

Also I did feel like I needed a sexual partner to figure out my sexual blockages and overcome them so if I wanted to have this only for Spiritual growth it would be a distraction. Some of us only want it for transmutation and not be engaged with physical sexual activity whatsoever.
