No. ChatGPT is a language model. An IDE is simply a development environment to program, like a code editor but more advanced functionality.

IDE is the name given to something like Eclipse, Visual Studio, Code: Blocks, Android Studio, etc.

I dabble in TRS-80 Color Basic, TRS-80 Extended Color Basic, GW-Basic, BASICA, PHP, JavaScript, Arduino, Swift.
Sorta picking up Python and C/C++
