Its like all stages are necessary to make this work in synchronization but you will get tremendous benefits if you run your preferred stage
You are working with the elements of life and therefore you gain mastery over yourself
Its super spiritual in the most amazing way.

Not in the same sense of something like Khan Black, where the original intention was to help energetic cultivators (though everyone can benefit from it). If you’re working internal energy on HERO: TLTB, it’s more cultivation through mastery. You can, however, use it to enhance your current cultivation practice. I noticed huge improvements in performance on Earth, but it really took off with Dragon Reborn: Regeneration.
