I read the description of each stage and Fire resonate with me the most, along with Earth of course.

So Body does help with strength. The other day at work I didn’t just pull but I dragged roughly 1000lbs of rugs, not very far cause once I realized I stopped to prevent injury.
Took a lot out of me ngl lol but it definitely showed me I can surpass my limits if needed. For injury reasons I won’t be attempting that again anytime soon haha

Can people review this product? Apparently we’re supposed to run the stages in order from earth. Fire seems more interesting yet… Can someone review the Earth stage?
Actually, you can run them in any order you choose. There’s just a very specific synergy that emerges when run in order.
Ultimately, you choose.
But yes, I’d like to see some reviews on the Fire stage as well. I suspect that it’s being passed over since there’s so many other titles that focuses on taking action. However, the mechanism of action in this title is a bit different from the others.

I think all of us should focus more on readjusting our alchemical matrix with H:TLTB if we really want to see our reality bent.
This title truly “excavates” the treasure buried within, reconnecting us with the long-forgotten wisdom we inherit as our birth right.
The order in the copy is the order I’m going for. I intuited it before I read it.

Body result, today I did a pilates workout for the first time and it went better than expected. I wont lie it did still kick my ass though lol but I do have a plan of alternating weekly workouts. One week being focused on lifting and one week being focused on pilates and or yoga.
Thinking about redoing my KB and AEON custom and make a KB/Body/Beast custom to make more of a focus on physical health since my current AEON custom is more broad and I wanna do another run with KB (still getting good results btw) before going back to AEON.

Can anyone throw me some tips on how to use conscious guidance.
I’m running Earth/GLM, for earth I want to address my lower back injury. So to use conscious guidance, should I focus on my lower back while listening or visualize healing light in my lower back?
How would you do it?
I’d go see the doctor. Then I could consciously guide the healing.
Unless you know for sure where it stems from and that you can handle it on your own.

Oh, you’re good on taking action, then. There’s not much you can do to consciously guide the script in a situation like this other than taking PT. Earth SHOULD help with the PT.

I imagine it should stack tremendously well with stage 4 of KB.
I had more success with it than Executive in eliminating the root cause of procrastination and coming in terms as to why I am pushing away some of my projects.
With executive, I get pushed to work like a machine. Doesn’t matter why I’m procrastining, all that matter is I am moving and putting energy into my tasks. It’s less reflections and more doing, it’s like coffee. But soon as I don’t listen to it, I crash and lose momentum.
While on Fire, it’s much more complicated and natural.
There’s a deep dive into why I am making up excuses to some projects; it also helps putting plans into reality, like a schedule for my whole day for example and sticking to it.
I don’t wait for motivation, all i have to do is move and start whatever it is I wish to practice. It burns away all the nonsense and Illusions that are stopping me from taking action on my goals.
It also gave new meaning to suffering. My fingers were sore and despite the cuts on my thumb, I am still motivated to strum my guitar strings through pain. I’m also finding more creativity flowing through with random experimentation here and there.
There’s also the courage that came out, it’s far more easier to speak about uncomfortable matters or say what others do not want to say. Clear, concise and incontrol.
Helped me realize some of the fears I had about some ideas I had, despite them being destined to succeed.
I’m also resonating with others and uplifting, it’s almost like chosen but different, as in it uplifts others’ spirits in this calm spirit, not necessarily super positive like chosen.
It instills fearlessness and self-belief in my abilities, making every challenge passable.
Surprisingly, it helped me relax more and take better care of my health; Earth did to, where I ended up seeking medical examination for my lower back pain and an end to pain killers. After introducing Fire, I started taking it more easy on myself and not stay on my feet and cover the pain with medicine. As well as, generally accepting that I need and deserve rest and naps; I have a difficult time relaxing where I feel guilt for time that could’ve been better used for learning or creating something.
I have that Authenticity module in several of my customs and been on it for a long while now. But with Fire, it is pulled ever further with speaking without sugarcoating. As well as, discarding falsehood and pretenses whether with others or the mirror.
Previously, I would prefer to stick to a set of routines and random demands of life would bother me because of the routine disruption; but now I am just going with the flow and doing what I feel like I must do. Still consistent and disciplined but more open to random moments of inspiration.
Fire is one of my favorites. It disintegrates many different layers within us that connect to taking action and directing our energy towards what matters to us. Fire is like green tea/matcha, you get all the caffeine with coolness, calmness and concentration, non of those side effect.
Fire is helping me make the necessary changes that I need and follow through to achieve the vision of my reality that always plays in my head, spiritually, romantically, socially and financially.
There are much more changes that went through but this is what I remember.
