Might I suggest picking up some olympic rings and finding either a pull up bar or a sturdy tree branch in a forest. I switched from lifting to rings sometime during the Corona years, and it’s been great because my joint health and tendons seem to have improved immensely; there are no waiting times in nature and it is free to boot. Most people I suggest it to get scared looking at the instability of rings, but in fact, I haven’t had any injuries since I picked them up.
