Did 2 weeks a washout
Since yesterday back on St 1 Earth for 3 min.
Found a new spot for fitness that incorporates all I searched for in fitness.
It called river crawling
Basically I crawl under water against the current of the river,i pull myself alonge the stones and when I find a spot I can push with my feet against the stone and chill in the current, I can have my back against the current or facing the current with my chest. Then spread my arms and resith the power of the river
Did it for nearly 2 hours yesterday, it’s full-body training.
Finaly found something I have passion for.
I just love it.
Also stretching in the morning, cleaning in the evening while smoking a little cigarette, walking barefoot on grass, full body stretches, during the day nutrition back on track, movements of my body got way better, more power, more motivation, enjoying how good my body feels,Enjoyment of Nature, relaxed and there is a confidence that comes from Within, it shines brightly

Playing with my young cousins for hours in nature barefoot, pretty healthy and rejuvenating, feel great after, the wholesome aoh sort of feelings.
But they are moving away now and summer is half over so i will be stuck indoors in 2months , i will try earth then maybe it will find something i didnt think about.

Go alone into the woods and jump around, search mushrooms or build a fireplace and make your fire, build a space

Considering maki g a custom with earth and some physical healing modules. Like the aligner and sps nervous system, organs, fat burn etc. Has earth the newest physical shifting tech or would the new physical shifting experience be helpful in there or is it obsulete?

I am still on Earth because i want to build super human strenght. I already have a stsrk/limitless custom to recharge my brain.
If you want to look amd feel younger use wanted og and hero earth. AEON is recommended but i have.never used it.
