Do you know any Hero Movies, TV series, Anime, Books where you find the carácter of the Hero/Person Higly developed to the point you want to develope these characteristics in yourself???

Isn’t that the goal of every story telling modality?
Be it Novel, Manga or Movie, you get to experience the Heros Journey so you can identify with the hero and become more absorbed.
Marvel, DC, Harry Potter, One Piece, Naruto,…
So many great character developments.
And there’s so much inner evolution I’d like to see in my life.
Or did I somehow miss the point of your question (after all, I just got up).
Or are you asking for a Hero we have as a Role Model in every area of life?

For me one of the Finest characters is Makunouchi Ippo from “Hajime no Ippo”
If you watch it then please in Japanese with subtitles otherwise the whole story is nearly emptied of its charm
Its just his way of leveling up and without ever having a attitude outside of the Boxing Ring
It just speaks to me highly
One of the best creation, if not the best sports anime/manga.

If i remember correcty the movie the magnificient 7 was based on the movie the Seven Samurai. Which was based on a story called the 7 heroes a greek story.

- Cut to in the middle of action (in medius race)-describe in vivid detail
i.e. not the shark swam towards him in the water but his chest tight from the cold of he ocean-in between breaths he saw the dark form and fin protruding from the ocean heading straight towards him
- something relevant to the reader can identify with-in action form
i.e. quickly he grasped his phone- thank god- he thought-it still works -and went to Play Survival Instinct X
- create a story in scene succinctly, vividly but in a way that is out of reach
his mind raced- he used to love boating trips as a kid when his father had taken him. He never thought he’d be stuck in the middle of the ocean like this. He thought of his dad and how he’d been missing for years after he just disappeared that one day.
Now it seems he’d never know what happened
- Dialogue and/or action
He turned to Jessie- splashing in the water next to him- “hurry’- make sure you can hear the trickling mask”
- cliff hanger
the shark was almost on them now and Survival instinct X began to play…

Lol anyway @RockyHandsome is a master writer and I love his stories- but that’s my take if you had to create a little bit of a formula

It was a quest called of only the finest of heroes would take on.
So I prepared my weapons and step out into the world. My nose - sharp, my ears open like a radar, my eyes - all seeing , my mind focused like a laser and a determination from deep within.
Countless hours talking to lokal people, countless bribery here and there, throwing out pesos like rain on cloudy day until I Finaly found a lead that smelled right.in the end It cost me 2 pollos con arroz and a bottle of wine and a flirt with this stunningly young lady who turns out to be the mafia bosses sister.
After arriving at the location where the girl is hidden I sneak around the area like a jaguar, silent, in the shadows, sharp and in hunting mode. 1 week later my opportunity came, a gathering of the whole cartel. I thought : now I take them all out at once. I load my weapons tightly and start to run down hills,the air is forming a sphere around me and I rush straight into danger.
I jump through the window and land on the banket table, one moment of confusion in everyone’s face is al I need, I draw my weapon from my back and start to play the Guitar imeadiatly. Eyeryone was unprepared for what’s to come but not me i unleash the greatest of mob songs on my guitarito. Banging the strings left and right, creating a party like no gringo could ever do. After 2 hours the real war startet, I line up the coke and eveyione sniffed like crazy, I shoutet: Oye Oye Amigo bring the Alcohol
3 days of constant sniffing and drinking was all I needed to bring everyone into the hospital.
I was still clear in my mind and pretty sober as I walked into the room where the girl was hidden. I took her on my arms and walked out. Trough the Jungle and then to the boarder of Costa Rica.
She looks into my eyes and tears run down her face as she screams : wrong direction puto
That was the moment I realized I had to much
I never fight with the cartel again
