Yes, I encountered recon last night and will be doing a two day washout. Benefits persist, but there’s definitely recon, but it’s different, as others reported. I am highly aware of where the recon stems from and I’m sure it will resolve if I can simply do what’s being demanded.

It’s such a small issue, just time consuming and that’s what’s causing the frustration. And that simple issue is: I need to clean up and organize my computer.

So, that’s a good sign of the anti-recon working, but nonetheless, I did encounter it and quick. This was just some preparation for ZPU and testing my personal limits for microloops. We do things like this to experience the customer journey ourselves.

Admittedly, I probably should’ve explained this, but yesterday was beyond hectic. It is not a new listening pattern.

@SaintSovereign Since you are experimenting lately; can you also try custom or Name-Embedded with MDFY: Freedom in it and listen once a week (or 10-14 days)

You might find the results very interesting.

MDFY: Freedom sounds like a cheat code for anyone wanting to run a title long term.

From what I read, people run it once a week, or every other week so there is no cycles or wash outs and people seem to get great results.

With the way that I work it’s better that I only listen to my stack once a week. Freedom makes the process so much better. Experiencing results consistently throughout the week and it’s not as intense. In some ways the results are better tbh, mainly since I don’t question results as much

3 loops in for Hero Air (3 min loops), and so far this sub is leading to a dramatical increase in quality of life across the board. The reduction of mental chatter alone, had led to an improved consciousness and more sensory rich awareness.

Feeling more present to the moment, and less reactive to things that would frustrate me.

@SaintSovereign Amazing work on this one, excited to see how this continues to unfold, as well as work with the other stages. I suspect that I had some major constraints in this area to address, as I am feeling less stuck, and seeing multiple different areas of my life improve a cross the board.

The recon from earlier has broken, and I’m a bit shocked at how the experience felt. Rather than being this heavy burden weighing on my spirit, I’m emerging from it with an incredible amount of inner insight, inspiration and drive.

Soon after it broke, the “being rooted in the body” sensation began to emerge. I realized that I had been standing motionless in the sunlight for 10 minutes and was thinking about… nothing, really.

I just felt alive. Present. It reminded me of that moment on Khan Black — of pure inner silence — that I’ve been chasing since that day with contemplative and meditative mental activity, but it seems that the solution was actually to become more present.

The sensation almost defies description. The stability of the ground beneath me was so very profound in ways I cannot explain.

Even as I type, my hands feel… real, in a manner of speaking. As if I am not IN a body, but the body and the inner voice are one.

Might not be a huge result to most people, but for people like myself whose head is always in the clouds and disconnected from the body, it is incredible.

Many years ago I practiced and achieved some level of success sending energy from my hands into people. I got busy living life and left it all behind. Haven’t thought about that in years until I saw your post.

Second meditation session on Hero st1-2-3 mix.

Feeling the pulse in my fingers a lot faster. Usually I need to follow my breath for a minute before I can feel these sensations. Now I feel like I can really quickly connect with my body.

At the same time, my mind is less frenetic, when I get distracted, my thoughts are much slower, much more focused.

Usually my thoughts are a but jumbled, but now it was cleared, slower and a lot easier to re-focus on my breath.

I think this is the reason TLTB has been so profound for me as well. My primary way through interacting and experiencing the world historically has been mental/ perceiving through the mind, and calming that, even though im running air and not earth, has provided a similar expierience. The potential with TLTB to help raise overall consciousness/awareness is incredible, which for a lot of people could be a major key to unlocking a lot of the other results they are looking for.

Day 19 Break From Listening

Nothing to share today will see how i feel tomorrow.

My shoulder were very sore from the workout on Monday evening where i was punching with elastics gripped in my hands attached to weights. However the pain has subsided.

Day 20

Added.Hero Origins to the stack

Ran HERO Earth (3 min) + HERO Origins (6 min).

Result: Felt emotionally detached and unbothered, with a noticeable boost in physical strength — my right hook was significantly stronger. This combo outperforms the original Spartan Apex by far.

Will update this post should i experience anything else profound in the next 24 hours.

(may push earth back to 6 mins on the next run)
