Oh, you’re good on taking action, then. There’s not much you can do to consciously guide the script in a situation like this other than taking PT. Earth SHOULD help with the PT.

I imagine it should stack tremendously well with stage 4 of KB.
I had more success with it than Executive in eliminating the root cause of procrastination and coming in terms as to why I am pushing away some of my projects.
With executive, I get pushed to work like a machine. Doesn’t matter why I’m procrastining, all that matter is I am moving and putting energy into my tasks. It’s less reflections and more doing, it’s like coffee. But soon as I don’t listen to it, I crash and lose momentum.
While on Fire, it’s much more complicated and natural.
There’s a deep dive into why I am making up excuses to some projects; it also helps putting plans into reality, like a schedule for my whole day for example and sticking to it.
I don’t wait for motivation, all i have to do is move and start whatever it is I wish to practice. It burns away all the nonsense and Illusions that are stopping me from taking action on my goals.
It also gave new meaning to suffering. My fingers were sore and despite the cuts on my thumb, I am still motivated to strum my guitar strings through pain. I’m also finding more creativity flowing through with random experimentation here and there.
There’s also the courage that came out, it’s far more easier to speak about uncomfortable matters or say what others do not want to say. Clear, concise and incontrol.
Helped me realize some of the fears I had about some ideas I had, despite them being destined to succeed.
I’m also resonating with others and uplifting, it’s almost like chosen but different, as in it uplifts others’ spirits in this calm spirit, not necessarily super positive like chosen.
It instills fearlessness and self-belief in my abilities, making every challenge passable.
Surprisingly, it helped me relax more and take better care of my health; Earth did to, where I ended up seeking medical examination for my lower back pain and an end to pain killers. After introducing Fire, I started taking it more easy on myself and not stay on my feet and cover the pain with medicine. As well as, generally accepting that I need and deserve rest and naps; I have a difficult time relaxing where I feel guilt for time that could’ve been better used for learning or creating something.
I have that Authenticity module in several of my customs and been on it for a long while now. But with Fire, it is pulled ever further with speaking without sugarcoating. As well as, discarding falsehood and pretenses whether with others or the mirror.
Previously, I would prefer to stick to a set of routines and random demands of life would bother me because of the routine disruption; but now I am just going with the flow and doing what I feel like I must do. Still consistent and disciplined but more open to random moments of inspiration.
Fire is one of my favorites. It disintegrates many different layers within us that connect to taking action and directing our energy towards what matters to us. Fire is like green tea/matcha, you get all the caffeine with coolness, calmness and concentration, non of those side effect.
Fire is helping me make the necessary changes that I need and follow through to achieve the vision of my reality that always plays in my head, spiritually, romantically, socially and financially.
There are much more changes that went through but this is what I remember.

I’m not very active here so I’m not sure how things usually work but I’m only interested in Stage 1 (Earth), is it possible to get only that stage without having to buy the others as well?
I read posts that suggested (and which was subsequently confirmed by customer service) that Spartan: Beast Unleashed is light and focused enough that it can be run as a 3rd core in a custom, which as you will all no doubt know is generally not recommended for non-advanced users.
So I’ve created a custom aimed at helping me with physical healing and health, along with taking up martial arts and working out in the gym.
I may run another sub/custom with Hero: Origins or Aegis Survival Instinct or Spartan: Apex Warrior for the martial arts and gym, but I first wanted to get started and build the habit of regular training, which should also then let me be able to more clearly notice the effects of whichever sub I run, as well as giving time for them to be updated with the latest tech lol 
For now, my current custom is:

Each brings its own benefits that also complement the other titles in the custom.

If you are buying the standard shop title, then no, you need to buy the whole title with all 4 stages (although you can then choose to only listen to Earth stage).
Alternatively, if you buy a Custom from the custom shop, you can then just buy the Earth core only and either run that solo with some modules, or combine it with another title, depending on your goals and desired outcomes.
Note that if you are a new user, it is recommended to run standard subs for a few cycles before going down the customs route.
Edit: as @Sub.Zero just said, you can also run Hero Earth by itself as a name-embedded custom major title with a single module added; a more streamlined, easy-to-run and economical introduction to custom titles

I see. So if I understand you correctly, it would work to run just the core by itself, even if I don’t want to add any modules?
Unfortunately, it is not available separately. However, if the price is a concern, the New Godlike Masculinity is a suitable alternative. Many of the goals overlap at times. It is a markedly different experience, but I think you’ll be happy. Read through the GLM thread (it’s pretty long) for more information.

So far from Earth my entire physical capabilities have improved but my endurance and flexibility increased the most, speed, reflexes and timing are second in improvement but still improving rapidly.
Technique, strength and power need more work.
But I love the endurance and flexibility improvement the most, I can run and jump rope endlessly, I can almost do a full split which I started to work on only 2 weeks ago.

Everyday.
Muay Thai 4-5 times a weeks 3 hours each workout, sparring once or twice a week.
Everyday jump rope or running, static squat and flexibility training, even on Muay Thai days so some days are twice a day.
I have to say that with Earth, physically I don’t feel like a regular human, my physical capabilities are improving so fast I feel like a mutant, my recovery is also so fast it’s ridiculous, it’s like I have a healing factor.
I sprained my ankle again while running and after only two days I’m back to training, just finished 30 minutes jump rope at maximum speed.
