To go to Venus is not a problem, coming back is also easy but to live again here on earth after you where to the planet of Love is the absolute hardest thing imaginable
So I am also glad I am on Earth and found things that give me something to enjoy.
Btw how is your Journey with St1 Earth?
I started with Earth today and am already excited about the results I can expect with HTLB. My stack is now GLM and Earth.
After listening to Earth for the first time, I feel calm and relaxed now. I also feel a spontaneous urge to do some stretching exercises and am thinking about drinking more water. Let’s see what else happens.

Why exactly?
Because i want to experience mental strenght and an IQ boost alongside my stark custom. Hero Origins adds more spark to Stark. I am a bit of a mad scientist when it comes to testing stacks LOL.

Very interesting, but it makes a lot of sense since we are largely made up of water and it is essential for our health.

Try to juice some watermelon with lemon, salt, honey
I had drunken 3-4 liters water daily after the first loop and fixed it with fruit juice (self made fruit juice)

Unlike other subs, this one made me tired in a very positive way. I was able to fall asleep very easily and slept very well that night.
My Galaxy Watch showed that I achieved 96% sleep quality. I hadn’t had that in a very long time.
I had a very special dream. I was connected to a deep wisdom that I cannot describe in detail. It was like the source of my very being. In my dream, I knew exactly what was right for me. I have never felt such a deep connection to myself before. I am still very excited and am continuing to reflect on this experience.
It was like a higher wisdom that suddenly appeared in my dream consciousness. Or rather, I suddenly had access to my own wisdom.
All in all, this is an almost unbelievable start with the sub for me. I feel very good this morning. Rested and positive. With a calm, grounded feeling.
Earth is something very special.

Considering to use Earth as a replacement for SMX after my washout, combined with DivD. Earth is about mastery of the body and any craft that one practices on a regular basis, so this should gel well. SMX is clearly more specific but seems awfully outdated to me tech-wise.
How else does Earth affect you?
Did you listen to the other stages as well? If so, how did they affect you?

It has affected me in many different ways, I will start with the most important effect, I now know that I have no limit to my physical capabilities.
My physical improvement is rapid, stamina, strength, endurance, flexibility, mobility, reflexes, speed, recovery, all of those and more are improving in a inhuman speed.
My body have limitless potential, I just need to keep training to unlock it.
Jumping rope for 5 minutes in a slow tempo was impossible before, now, I can jump 10 minutes in a sprint like tempo, like a machine.
Strength is also improving rapidly, I don’t lift so I can’t give you numbers, but my strikes are much stronger and much faster.
Even my bones are like iron, before Earth, if I got hit on my shin or a knee to knee collision happened I would be in pain for a week, now I don’t even feel it.
I sprained my foot two times, before Earth and after Earth, before Earth it took 3 weeks to heal, after Earth it took 2 days.
I eat plenty of sugar and I still don’t get fat, I drink plenty of caffeine and I still sleep well and get zero side effects of jiterness or anxiety.
Earth is an amazing subliminal.
But again, I must say, that the most important effect is that I consciencly know and acknowledge the fact the my physical capabilities are absolutely limitless and ever improving, I know that I will be able to accomplish great fits with Earth and training.

Edit: wanted to mention that my technique still sucks and I don’t really see any improvement like I used to on Muay Thai Mastery or Hero’s Origins, I think that for me the technique is more mental, so Air could probably really help me in that department.
Edit 2: increased from 30s to 1m and in today’s session my technique was much sharper, my movement more fluid and my flow of strikes improved greatly, so forgot what I said above about my shitty technique because Earth is improving it rapidly.
