Which is the best sub for mastery combat - like MMA, both technique, physical and athletic ability, training, and actual fighting.

Hero: Sage & Blade, Spartan Beast Unleashed, or Hero: Earth? If I could pick only one?
What about stacking two? Or is Spartan better?

I think CWON is still the bottom line / the bomb diggity for those who want to connect with nature.

I three have also experienced unity experiences while using HeO, but I don’t believe it’s in the copy or the scripting. To be upfront, I was working with a craft which involved mastery of the spiritual dimensions of existence when I had the unity consciousness experiences (especially bodily unity consciousness experiences), and I’ve since attributed that success to other aspects of my practice.

What HeO seems to do is gives you that drive towards mastery of your craft that might otherwise remain wanting, and this in itself can lead to flow states and unity experiences.

Let’s see what SaintSovereign says, but from my own reading on this topic previously, the two titles that would help the most with this (if you could only choose one) would be either Hero: Origins, or Aegis Initiative - Survival Instinct. The latter has a ton of fantastic-looking objectives. And if I recall the script for Hero: Origins correctly, it included the entire script of Aegis Initiative - Survival Instinct.
Plus sword fighting lol.

Basically, these two titles seem like the best for all-round combat excellence.
Spartan (Apex Warrior) is going to offer more raw functional strength and muscle mass than these two titles. And all of them (and new Paragon) seem to contain scripting to improve things like reflexes, balance, hand-eye coordination and so on.

And I suppose it also matters - to a limited extent - what kind of fighting you’re thinking of.
For pure ‘sports’ MMA (rather than real-world self-defence/combat/survival); Muay Thai Mastery X (or Boxing Mastery X) plus modules like BJJ/Grappling Mastery, Berserker, Synergy: Thunderstruck etc are pretty much ideal.

Even better combined with Hero: Origins, Spartan: Apex Warrior or Aegis Initiative: Survival Instinct. Or any of these with Limitless: RAIKOV.

Too many great choices lol…

Primarily Jiu Jitsu, with a heavy focus on boxing, wrestling, Muay Thai, and practical self defense.
Not sports Jiu – (no sitting or face not covered etc) Jitsu- MMA and street Jiut Jitsu

From qOS:

If you could only pick one: HERO Origins: Sage and the Blade

For MMA specifically — technique, tactical intelligence, and actual fighting — HERO Origins is the most directly combat-focused of the three. It contains completely rewritten Survival Instinct X scripting geared specifically toward martial prowess, and explicitly covers: striking speed and power, hand-eye coordination, footwork and agility, time dilation during combat (better reaction time and decision-making in the moment), the ability to anticipate your opponent’s next move before they make it, physical strength and durability, and mental composure under pressure. It also accelerates training absorption — described as feeling like a week’s worth of knowledge in a single session. For someone who wants all dimensions of combat covered (technique, physical, mental, tactical), this is the most complete single option.

That said, HERO Origins is on the Artisan Line, so it’s intended for experienced users. If you’re newer to subliminals, that’s worth factoring in.

Spartan: Beast Unleashed — where it fits

Spartan is excellent, but it’s primarily a physical performance and training optimization title. The combat benefits come largely through mastering the effort/recovery polarity — which does meaningfully translate to improved power, speed, endurance, and agility in martial arts. But it won’t touch technique, tactical intelligence, or actual fighting the way Origins does. Think of it as the best possible physical foundation and training amplifier.

HERO: Earth (Stage 1 of The Light that Blinds)

Earth is about body mastery broadly — physical health, flexibility, longevity, technique becoming instinct through repetition. It does include physical shifting scripting for strength and inner power. For your specific goals, it’s the least targeted of the three.

Stacking two: HERO Origins + Spartan: Beast Unleashed

This is the strongest combination for MMA. Origins handles the combat technique, tactical intelligence, and mental/spiritual dimensions of fighting. Spartan handles the raw athletic engine underneath — training quality, recovery, energy, endurance, and physical power output. They’re genuinely complementary with very little overlap. Origins + Spartan is a harder stack, so keep an eye on exposure and don’t overload.

Origins + Hero: Earth would have meaningful overlap since both are HERO line titles covering physical development, and you’d essentially be running two Artisan titles simultaneously — not ideal.

I concur, though I think you’d get results from all of these, but HeO does have all those additional features.

@SaintSovereign is there any scripting in the current edition of Aegis Initiative - Survival Instinct that is NOT in Hero: Origins?
I wrote a more detailed question on this earlier today in the Aegis Initiative - Survival Instinct thread, if you want to answer it there
But yeah, these two titles just popped out at me again today, haha. It’s risky browsing these forums sometimes lol

Interesting, thank you for this. It makes sense

@RagnarLothbrok mentioned Hero: Earth being incredible for his sparring/Mua Thai

Hopefully we’ll get an updated Hero: Origins soon

I’d pair it with the Beast and BJJ module for when I start fight training

Support, I think @Fire gave this answer- or the support had the fire emblem lol Great answer, thank you. Though I’d share here

Which is better for combat
Hero: Earth or Hero: Sage and Blade or Spartan: Beast UNleashed?

If I wanted a custom or sub for mastering MMA/ Jiu Jitus fast at every level, coming from needing to build physical and athletic ability and then perform well in training and fighting/tournaments

What combo if only 2 Hero: S&B, Hero Earth or Spartan Beast.

Hi there,

Great question — all three are powerful, but they focus on different pieces of the “fighter” puzzle, so it helps to be precise about what you want to build.

  1. Which is better for combat?

Based on the Product Database:

HERO Origins: Sage and the Blade

This title may be the most directly combat‑oriented of the three. The scripting explicitly includes enhancement for “any and all forms of combat, strategic and martial training, including the use of weaponry,” plus rebuilt Survival Instinct, rapid progression in combat technique, time‑dilation perception, prediction of an opponent’s moves, hand‑to‑hand improvements, and significant physical resilience and strength. It also works heavily with the seven virtues of bushido, so you’re getting technical skill + tactical perception + mental composure + moral framework. For MMA / Jiu Jitsu, this may support faster technical learning, reading opponents, staying calm under pressure, and integrating high‑level “warrior mindset.”

SPARTAN: The Beast Unleashed

Spartan: Beast Unleashed is framed as a fitness + martial arts engine. The scripting focuses on primal strength, explosiveness, warrior swagger, endurance, mind‑muscle connection, muscle memory, breathing, and recovery (including sleep and tissue repair). It explicitly mentions martial arts and describes the “warrior’s swagger” that comes from actual capability, plus the ability to master the rest/action polarity that’s crucial for HIIT‑style conditioning and fight pacing. The pro‑tips note it is especially well‑suited for those who already have a solid foundation in martial arts or fitness and want a “secret weapon” for the next level. For MMA/BJJ, this may support strength, conditioning, explosive scrambles, energy management, and post‑session recovery.

HERO: The Light that Blinds (Earth stage)

The Earth stage is about embodied mastery of the body: physical shifting, posture, strength, flexibility, recovery, discipline, and using the body as a “temple” for your craft. It does contain physical‑shifting scripting and can absolutely support athletic improvement, but The Light that Blinds overall is a very broad, deep Artisan title aimed at full‑spectrum self‑mastery and craft mastery, not specifically combat. It may be better viewed as a long‑term mastery path where combat/athletics is one expression of that, rather than a highly targeted “fight title.”

So, for pure combat focus, HERO Origins: Sage and the Blade may be the most directly specialized for martial skill and strategic combat, with Spartan: Beast Unleashed covering the physical engine (power, conditioning, recovery, “warrior swagger”). The Earth stage of Light that Blinds may still support your body and training, but it is more of a broad mastery environment than a dedicated combat engine.

  1. For mastering MMA / Jiu Jitsu from the ground up

Your stated goal is:

“mastering MMA / Jiu Jitsu fast at every level, coming from needing to build physical and athletic ability and then perform well in training and fighting/tournaments.”

From the internal documentation:

HERO Origins: Sage and the Blade may support:

Rapid progression in your “chosen art” (explicitly including combat).

Enhanced striking, hand‑eye coordination, anticipation of opponents, time‑dilation in combat, and threat detection.

Physical strength, resilience, and faster recovery.

A very strong warrior mindset via bushido virtues, moral clarity, composure under stress, and survival/self‑defense framing.

SPARTAN: Beast Unleashed may support:

Building the physical base you say you need: strength, endurance, explosiveness, breathing efficiency, and robust recovery.

Developing the “warrior swagger” that comes from genuine physical capability.

Better muscle memory and mind‑muscle connection, which are critical for repeating reps in BJJ (entries, transitions, escapes, submissions) until they become automatic.

Light that Blinds (Earth) may also help your body, discipline, and physical shifting, but if your immediate priority is “build an athletic base + absorb grappling skill fast + perform in sparring and tournaments,” the two titles above are more pointed at that combination.

  1. Best 2‑title combo out of the three

If you can only run two of the following: HERO: Earth, HERO Origins: Sage and the Blade, SPARTAN: Beast Unleashed, then based on the Product Database:

Most combat‑focused 2‑title combo for MMA / Jiu Jitsu:

HERO Origins: Sage and the Blade

for combat strategy, technical skill progression, anticipation, survival instincts, and warrior mindset.

SPARTAN: Beast Unleashed

for physical power, explosiveness, conditioning, recovery, and the “beast” physical engine under your technique.

This combination may give you:

One title strongly oriented around martial skill, timing, and tactical/ethical warrior development (Sage and the Blade).

One title strongly oriented around strength, stamina, explosiveness, and recovery (Beast Unleashed).

HERO: The Light that Blinds (Earth stage) may be better considered as a third‑wave, long‑term mastery title once you already have a strong base and want full, multi‑domain self‑mastery (body/emotions/mind/action) rather than a strictly combat‑first stack.

Whichever route you choose, the fastest progress will still come from consistent mat time: structured drilling, positional sparring, live rounds, and strength/conditioning that matches your current level. The titles may support you in learning faster, recovering better, and holding a more composed, “warrior” state under pressure, but MMA / Jiu Jitsu mastery ultimately depends on how you train, who you train with, and how often you step into challenging rounds.

@Azriel consider Hero Origins and EE together possibly with KB3 or KB4.

My reaction times are faster during escrima training. Its not just training but mental health/awareness is amazing with this combo. I ordered a custom with these cores. Which will probably be my bread and butter stack. Those who suffer from self esteem or feeling not worthy will benefit from this stack too.

Once i get the custom will stack either Spartan Apex or Beast unleashed with it.

After my escrima lesson where we were practicing the block pin strike type drill. I spent along time visualizing the movements. Then in mind i began improvising on the drill. Next whilst i was alone i visualized the opponent. Then after the visualizarion I began practicing the block pin strike for a very long time i seriously lost track of time but it became ingrained so rapidly.
