Personally I can say that while I felt a strong pull towards Hero, my ego made me not run it (ironic isn´t it), bc I´ve had deep wounds around being able to just “let go” and enjoy my life.

I love Khan (+ Khan Black), and it helps me become a better person as well. The less I care about others opinions, the more I can be my true self, which apparently automatically translates into being virtuos.

But if I were to remake my custom (which could happen sooner than later), I´d definetly run Khan and Hero together.

That stack looks great for it, I’m waiting on a Tantra sub that brings me to a Tantric level unimaginable by others that covers all the bases… or I can use 1 of the limitless titles and informaticon to attract all the necessary info needed lol but if they decide to produce a title like that I’m all in. But again great stack recommendation for a Tantra Master. I saw a video of a man who waved his hands and brought 2 women simultaneously to squirting, another time he had different women on massage tables, wasn’t even looking in their direction and they were squirming in ultimate orgasmic bliss. On my break days, I felt a little agitated and couldn’t focus much on work.
I did manage to get myself to the gym, but I felt ungrounded. So I ended up in the sauna and spending time in front of the UV lamp.

This morning have to head to the office so I am cutting back to 6 mins of my hero custom as i want to avoid any kind of recon. I followed up by running one full loop of my Stark custom. So far so good will see how the day progresses.

Hero seems to push me to perform wim hoffs breathing exercises and a qigong ritual each morning.

I am 100% sure this is hero.

No more brain fog even after high carbohydate meals.

Able to verbally articulate myself like a well oiled machine in any situation even when i have had a heavy meal.

Bought an oximeter to keep a measure of my oxygen levels and heart beat throughout the day.

Some members are using chatgpt to figure out what stacks, modules are suited for their needs.

I personally feel its the wrong way to go about it as each time i asked as to what would be the results of stacking stark OG with Hero/kb3.

It came out with some mumbo jumbo rubbish or some generic comment. "When you listen to hero stacked with starkog. "You will become an authorative figure and a hero that many will respect and love.

Duhhhhh well yes i know that but tellme something i dont know :thinking:

Dont get me wrong chatgpt is an amazing tool but i personally would not put my faith in it to help choose, build a custom :grinning_face_with_smiling_eyes:

I’m running the Stark custom alongside the Hero custom.

Hero seems to temper Stark’s energy i am not as not as overly talkative, but still radiates positivity and happiness.

When it comes to work, there’s a noticeable shift with starkog and hero no more trying to do ten things at once and never finishing any of them. Instead, there’s calm, clear focus and a drive to complete tasks efficiently.

This calm focus feature would love to see this in the new stark og.

Every meeting i had today at the office was flawless. It was like i was prepared but didnt prepare !. This stark/hero combo works so bloody well like lock and key the perfect fit.

Today on a break day. Again feel alittle down in the dumps. So this morning i went for a long walk then grabbed a coffee at the cafe. A strong sense of sadness seem to envelope me. I decided just to embrace it its ok to feel this way.

I bought a air purifier for my appartment a week back and i think it does help. As i use to suffer from a slightly blocked nose in the morning.

Continued with the Wim Hoff breathing exercises. Its interesting how my inner voice kicks saying “stick with hero stick with hero”.
