Mother is suffering from Alzheimer’s and father has renal issues he cannot walk or talk. I have dreams each night of reconnecting with them and having a normal conversation. I am gong to go and see them this weekend for a few days. Even though i cannot even have a normal chat with them will be around them.
You won’t believe what happened. My EU identity card actually slipped out of my pocket and landed right next to the gutter. I swear, by some kind of miracle, it didn’t fall into the gutter or slip down between the rails it literally just landed on top, like it had wings or something. I was so lucky. Or was this something to do with hero ?.
This kind hearted man shouted and pointed to the card making me aware that it had slipped out of my pocket.

What subliminals are you listening to currently?
Hero/KB3 custom.
Might continue with this for a 2nd cycle perhaps stack my Spartan/LOTS/KB3 custom alongside this.
The thing is I am having some remarkable things happening on this one that it makes me want to continue.
The plan might be to listen to 6 mins of each.

What is in your hero kb3 custom? I thought you were playing Hero solo and thought it must be dense to give you recon solo but turns out your doing a custom,

I only get a recon when I do a full 15 mins of the loop. I did give it another go at 15 mins the recon was much less severe I just felt very tired for the first 4 hours of the day then it subsided. Back to 6 min loops again.
Decided to go down the path of adding wanted to my stack will add it in next week.

This is i never experienced in stark or limitless.
I never have to give any deep thought i just respond like its a natural born instinct. !!!

I got overambitious and ran 6 min loops two days in a row. I am feeling extremely tired LOL.
Please dont do this follow the SC protocol. Dam dont know why I did that. Will take a 2 day break.
After my second cycle will go and meditate on a mountain far far away with a hot swedish blonde 
Hero with Khan Black has put on more muscle mass in one and half cycles. Then my Khan black/spartan apex, LOTS custom ever did. Its much more rapid on hero.

On my break day off/break felt extremely mentally tired. I just felt like i wanted to sleep in all morning.
Decided to go for a long morning walk in the sun. Hit the sauna for an hour or so then went to meetup with a female friend for a fun chat.
After 3 hours i was back to normal. Happy jovial and ready to take on the challenge of the working day.

You are correct. We’ve received many reports about it. It was hard for me to even handle and I consciously try to align myself with virtue to a strong degree.
Because even in situations where you feel that injustice is coming your way, you feel compelled to take a higher path, which can trigger recon.

When I do a full loop I feel the sadness, fear and then anger. Thats why I am still doing the 6 min loops even after one cycle. Its very hard for me to align myself with the virtues. Hero is one of the most challenging products I have ever used from SC. Yet something inside me, call it an inner voice it keeps pushing me to carry on with it regardless.

I hit a plateau with LOTS and Spartan Apex when it came to putting on muscle mass. Hero has helped me surpass this when I did my body scans yesterday and today it was like a miracle when I saw the results.
