Main Disc. Thread - HERO Origins: Sage and a Blade (Now Available! Q Core for Customs Available!)

Other than Paragon Complete, do you feel that there is any other program that would hit on the functionality of a module like, say, SPS: Renal System?

I’ll ask @Fire (as he wrote most of the Q modules), but Paragon Complete is the only one I can think of outside of Renal System. But, those two together is extremely, extremely potent.

Damn man, now I really want to embark on this journey!

How does this gel with Khan OG?

Or say I want to run Stark/IG for climbing career in Tech(programmer) going for Tech Lead?

You guys are too insane, so many subs and so many new things, it’s like showing a kid to a all you can eat candy store. But you can only eat 3.

I’m hilt deep in my second cycle of hero and khan black stage one and my spartan Muay Thai mastery legacy of the spartan custom

First off

Time dilation here is real because both cycles flew by and I wanted them to fly by since I’m in a very pleasant accumulation phase in terms of physical shifting and healing on khan Black, time passing is my friend and I seem to be very happy these days

I’m sure it will make time move slow in things I enjoy

In terms of training I grow technique wise in massive heaps: I seem to do a lot less stuff I don’t need.

Began taking my happiness very seriously

Calm and cool much of the time

My meditations are better and life overall is life euphoric as a result of my better balance

One of the first things I noticed is I stopped doing such grueling long workouts at a gym so far away I walked to and began to opt for getting tons of energy before training and going to a park and jumping straight to technique

Basically I dropped the ego, I’m not a tough fighter I’m a smart fighter

In terms of charms, it seems to have given me some, also the aura isn’t so ā€œheroicā€ and childish like I first thought, my hero feels like a villain and I love that my two cycles on emperor black has given me such a strong image of dark masculinity

However yes it’s perhaps the spartan and such like khan black mingling with the program

I’m a lot braver when it comes to living life and this has net me the most ā€œovernight shiftsā€ that have resulted in the quickest shifts in my mindset on subs so far and I’ve been able to consistently believe in myself more and more. The bravery came in the form of not wasting time on petty shit anymore and living my life the way I choose.

I attract so many girls I have to be aligned with this program deeply because it just flows through me, but I assume anyone who runs hero will feel very attractive in their own way (think star of your own movie)

@Yazooneh you always seemed to me to be particularly well-suited for this program. Glad you’re having a good experience.

Doesn’t a/sps: organs help?

Bladder and kidneys r organs.

To be fair, that wasn’t really what my original question was asking. But you’re right. A/SPS: Organs would help all organs.

But my question was really about other programs that might overlap in function with even the quite specialized SPS or A/SPS modules.

I was just idly thinking about the different scenarios if the SPS and A/SPS were to get retired at some point. And that, if that ever were to happen, what programs might address the same areas.

Oh, sorry.

I got confused when saint didn’t name sps:organs.

Just making sure.

Lol I love life and it’s moments sometimes. I really do.

Now, I’m not even running HERO, I just thought this would be the appropriate place to post

I googled ā€œwhat to do in my cityā€ today for no reason and a sumo tournament/class came up, I bought the last ticket on a whim, and I’m on my way now to go compete in some sumo matches, maybe even a full on tournament I’m not sure

Maybe you should run a refresher loop of HERO, that superhuman strength might come handy :stuck_out_tongue:

Seriously, have a wonderful time and we’ll done

I’m going to continue posting updates mainly because I don’t always remember everything

One of the biggest things that’s changed is also my diet. I have become so lenient with myself and smoking weed, where instead of feeling bad I’ll feel good just to keep my vibration high

So I’ll say ā€œthanks for all this food I’m grateful for having the money to splurge on food etcā€ and somehow my diet actually is good now…. Smoothly, and organically. My body looks unreal sexy and good , head to toe

It’s the same with me too.

My diet was strict. After using HeO, it’s even more strict, but i’m more lenient with some parts of it.

I started eating sweet stuff regularly. I splurged on tasty meals. I drank soda and eat ice cream. The things that i avoided like the plague just 1 or 2 months ago.

Strangely enough, my body now feels better. Like how you take it as keeping your vibration high, i think of it as rewarding myself, as an expression of kindness towards myself. It works well for my goals & circumstances.

If any of y’all want some samurai-vibe inspo, check out Blue Eye Samurai.

They did a good job at weaving in solid principles re: engaging in combat, sword work, and finding victory. In episode 6 or so, there’s a few scenes with multiple attackers that was solid.

So far my results:

A deeper meditative state, more frequent meditative states, deep sense of internal satisfaction, a stronger sense of reality and a stronger sense of my own place in this world, skyrocketed results with other titles and a great synergy.

A reframe of mindset:

Approach this girl and smile at her, because you’re so good looking that, it is your duty to do it… you are a hero for landing the approach, even if she reacts with an ego, I am fulfilled.

Though, in more than just approaches ! A reframe of all things I do to lean more towards ā€œbetterment of others and selfā€!

A mastery of day to day life and a stoic approach to things that equals more sustainable happiness at stronger rates exponentially since I began this, I weigh myself by my degree of internal satisfaction to all things

Less resistance to seeing ā€œbadā€ scenarios play out in my head.

Somehow I’m getting superb attraction results on this and I think it’s due to the Jon Wick vibes

Huuuuuuge voice changes, astonishingly positive

Maaaaaassive posture changes

Invisibility cloak in the form of humility and wisdom

Read that Keanu Reaves does not wanna make another John Wick movie. So you can be a replacement then

This thread is a little quiet, so here’s my review of Hero Origins after 15 loops over 3 cycles in a 3 sub stack with Emperor and NRich. I’ll use specific examples to highlight certain aspects…

On the physicality and martial training side of things: the raw impulse to constantly train and workout isn’t as loud as compared to running Spartan, but the way that I train and workout has a different quality to it:

  • implemented two-a-days every day for a week just to see what I was capable of – and doing another round this week
  • my body’s capacity to recover and keep pushing seemed to increase over that week – physical resilience is through the roof right now
  • working out only once per day the following week felt like rest, my body felt a sense of ā€œThat’s it?ā€ – accelerated recovery for the win
  • a younger cousin, also a martial artist, joined me for a workout at a park and he said he was done after 20 minutes – my will to ā€œembrace the suckā€ is more solid than ever
  • my ability to lead and motivate has increased too – he didn’t quit and stuck it out with me as best he could for a little over 45 minutes of suffering…I was proud of his not-quitting, but he did do a bunch of complaining later, lol
  • which showed me that my ā€œordinary bearingā€ is becoming one with my ā€œmartial arts bearingā€ as Musashi would say…
  • and that my state of mind when studying the science of martial arts is becoming my normal state of mind – I consciously worked on this before running Hero, but it’s easier with Hero
  • my major breakthroughs in training recently have been at the embodying-principles level rather than the technique or stringing badass combos level
  • perfecting techniques/combos seems to be happening with less effort tho – yet there’s always another layer to perfect
  • my ability with the blade seems sharper too… pun 100% intended
  • and weapons handling overall feels better, like the signal between body and mind is cleaner

The virtue scripting is having a strong effect on all aspects of my life, too.

I don’t agree with all things Bushido or samurai culture, and I don’t feel compelled in any way to try to be more like them, or how they’re portrayed. But I am diving deep into what honor is, how I express it though my actions and interactions with others, and I notice my patience, desire to help others, and compassion has increased. I pay more attention to things that stir up strong emotions, and have better insight on whether to use that energy or settle it before responding. Like there’s more of an observable ā€œgapā€ between emotion/thought and behavior.

I haven’t done much meditation at all for a few months, but I’m feeling familiar effects as if I have been.

Some elements of the script that I haven’t noticed in an obvious way are:

  • sensing threats
  • neutralizing danger
  • being one step ahead in negotiation, sparring, etc
  • feeling like I’m channeling wisdom from ancient masters
  • time dilation
  • or confounding opponents – but maybe they just didn’t tell me? lol

And finally, something I didn’t think was a Hero result at first, but it actually lines up with the type of hero I’d be (am):

I got a cool compliment from a couple of 220+ pound, soon-to-be D1 athletes that came to training this weekend…

We worked on striking, throws, grappling, and some combatives, which they picked up super quick. Teaching and working with them was eye-opening…they were fast af, strong as hell, and had great overall kinesthetic awareness. One of the guys was so strong, his punches felt like what a building must feel when a wrecking ball hits it.

Anyway, when asked how they liked working with me, they told our head instructor that I was ā€œcool and terrifyingā€, lol.

ā€œCool and terrifyingā€ is exactly how I’d define my overall archetype for a Hero: with those who are good / under my direct (or indirect) care I’m cool :grinning_face_with_smiling_eyes:, but to those that would do harm I’m terrifying :japanese_ogre: .

Overall, this sub hasn’t been easy, but if you’re inclined to run it, I recommend.
