I have been told by a few people in the last couple of years that I am the most self aware person they know. Almost too self aware. I thank Dragon Reborn St 1 for that. It will be fascinating to see how Genesis extrapolates on that

What you really need is to stop telling yourself that you feel like shit about yourself. No sub can help you do that. Start feeling great about yourself and you’ll find more and more reasons to feel great. Lie to yourself if you have to. We’ve all done it at some point. The brain can’t tell the difference between the truth and a lie anyway. Your subconscious will accept anything you tell yourself long enough. And the sub will assist you in that. You can stack all the subs you want to but if you don’t take the first step and start thinking positively about yourself, nothing will change.
Fake it until you make it. Lie to yourself until you believe it.
