I added LBFH to my stack and all I can see is that I feel so much better. I am way more accepting and super chill about things that would previously annoy the fuck out of me or that I would endlessly ruminate over

Update, found out the incubator which is non-profit is actually filled with frauds who take advantage of other people’s ideas
Glad I dodged that bullet, I don’t need to work with an incubator on anything, I got this!

I woke up today wanting to micro-loop Genesis. (30 seconds)
Not sure if that is recon or actually something beneficial for me right now.
I’ve been doing really great following the listening recommendations for the first time. 
Today is rest day on my current stack.

These seem very accurate actually. I feel this shift is starting to happen where a new chapter is starting to take shape. The old is being recreated into the more helpful. I’ve been made aware of a lot of my thinking and behaviour that haven’t been questioned enough to change.

Also Genesis has helped me realise the importance of physical health so I took responsibility and a longterm commitment by ordering a custom for physical healing that is lighter than paragon because it has no cores so I can run it along side my stack. Therefore I’m more likely to stick to it.

I had something very similair how genesis made me realize how terrible my mood and mindset becomes when im on low sleep/physical activity
I dont really feel like i have much problems untill i become tired or dont move. Than it suddenly feels like i have a shitton of problems and everything sucks.
