Best title for building patience?

Probably

Ascension helped me with patience before when I stacked it with GLM and EoG1.

Though I suspect EoG1 isn’t necessary for the results I got.

Sir, make some self-reflecting work and try to find out why you’re being impatient.

You’re on the right track.

Finally.

:snowflake:

One thing i remember from his previous entries is complaining about not being “as young as” some of the other people in the forum and so do not have much time to get the most out of the subs.

This might be perhaps the one of the “Final Boss” reasons for this subject. So Love Bomb might help imo since will be inducing self-acceptance.

Also this problem comes from this Nihilisim inducing belief: When i leave this body there will be no LIFE anymore for me.

Which indicates that if he do not get most out of the subs or life really fast it will be all go to waste.

I do not know how @James will resolve this unless you get a Spiritual advancement (maybe work with The Revelation of Spirit?) and go through realization that you are not just your body.

I suggest you try to explore higher aspects of your consciousness and go beyond this belief…

You’ve stuck to 1 title for 2 months, that’s patience. I’ve been reading through some threads again. Seems like you had good results at times with Love Bomb and Genesis in the past.

I just started the new Sanguine, after 2 listens I don’t know if it’s increased my patience, but I’m willing to be patient enough to find out. It’s made for intense dreams the nights after my loop. Already felt some confidence boost when I was around people.

Bashar concept on impatience

When it comes to stuff like this, I think underlying lack of patience is a deep desire for change. It’s just the energy of it is so abundant it can feel overwhelming.

Maybe instead of trying to fix patience or fundamentally change this aspect of yourself you harness the energy of it and let it drive you to take action.

If you’ve got the I want this now energy, why not work on dissolving the anchors that prevent you from capitalizing on that internal drive?

It sounds like you’re still fighting with yourself and trying to mold yourself into something society maybe would have expected of you. Patience or little patience, results are results and I’m sure there are plenty of impatient people out there who have built things for themselves. I read a study a while back a large percentage of entrepreneurs have ADHD.

I don’t think there’s a checklist of character traits or behavior that guarantees success. I think it’s variable per person and their understanding of themselves and how they work best.

You can spend a lifetime trying to force yourself to be something you’re not and still not get there. I think DR fits the bill honestly and you don’t need much else.

1DRR will be just fine. Do what @SaintSpring says, contemplate - make yourself busy.

Some part of you is willing for change, the other part is not ready yet.

I would re-frame the way you’re saying patience, and change it to acceptance. Just the wording “I have to build patience” is putting a lot of pressure on yourself, and therefore creating disappointment when you think you have failed, which then leads to self-distain. So my take is to focus on developing acceptance through the lens of forgiveness, so that as you forgive yourself for being impatient, you also in the same process grow your acceptance, which then leads to more patience.

You should consider progressing through DRR sooner than later. In particular, I get the sense that DRR3 or DRR4 will do more for you than stages 1 and 2, especially considering your past usage with Dragon Reborn and other healing titles.

Don’t get caught up in a healing trap any longer than necessary. At some point, we need to transcend (overcome) the subconscious beliefs/structures that hold us back, otherwise life can seem like we’re running in place.

Also, consider at the same time familiarizing your conscious mind with the idea that you are patient. Tell yourself things like ‘every day I become more patient’ or ‘I am more patient than I might think’, and tell yourself often, even if you don’t feel like it’s true. Creation – movement – requires both the conscious (masculine) and subconscious (feminine) aspects of self.

Lastly, what I’ve realized for myself since running DRR4 is that most of us can benefit from not looking for ‘the next best thing’. Analysis paralysis is very real, and no progress can be made unless we realize we already have more than enough to succeed.

Stay on the course, make your way through DRR, and allow your conscious thoughts to support you rather than hold you back/contradict you any further.

A great way to be more patient is to exercise it like you would any muscle in the gym.

One example is from the book “Psychic Energy” ( or might be “Wisdom of the Mystic Masters) by Joseph Weed.

When driving, go 5 under the speed limit and be content with people passing you.

It was described in his stuff as a way to build up “Psychic Energy” by modulating emotion, as I recall.

If you can do that without freaking out about people passing you or it taking “too long” to getbeheee you’re going, that builds up the patience “muscle”.

You can probably think up even better exercises to build it up.

@EmperorOvTheAbyss This is really good advice. Set yourself a timeline for when you move to the next stage even if you feel you aren’t ready. You can always run it again. But if you trap yourself in a loop of stage 1 trying too hard to “fix” all the time, you won’t have energy for outward action.

Beside listening to subs. What else do you do in order to improve yourself? Do you read books? Meditate or perhaps workout to the degree you are comfortable with?

Do you believe that you are giving far too much agency over to the subs?

Do you believe that there is a part of you, conscious or not, enjoys being exactly where you are?

Most importantly, say you achieve your desired results. What will you lose in the process? Would people still be pushing you, encouraging you and giving you the space to express yourself if you were busy with your newfound success and responsibilities?

After 2 listens of Sanguine(in this cycle) it kinda hit me just now. Here’s an idea you might consider, it’s just a new way to look at this situation. Maybe it’s not patience you need, it’s clarity. So I think Sanguine fits that bill.

I was working and feeling clear, not having it all planned out or knowing what’s next. I’m just doing what I’m doing now.

I think when you have clarity, it’s this knowing that it’s going to be okay, you can trust yourself. For me a big level up is being okay with not knowing. I can’t force things but as they play out I oft find that I don’t need to. So to me that goes beyond patience. Like if I know something is coming and I know when, all I can do is wait. But if I’m not waiting and I’m okay with what is time passes faster and it’s a more harmonious experience.

I tend to not remember that there a few new titles completely off my radar yet. HeO is one of them. Also that Lineage title could actually be a sleeper. Who needs more patience than a parent or someone dealing with kids?

I don’t know if it’s recommended for those of us without kids, but it will certainly develop those types of attributes in us that would also benefit other areas of our lives. I think most people have what they’d consider a family so it would even work for those without the kids. Yea if patience is really what you’re after, and at least you have something you’d consider a family, no matter the size, Lineage looks like the ticket. Patience and Understanding and a whole host of supporting qualities.

Actually I take that back, maybe it is for people with kids only. But it hits on all the right qualities for sure.

In my observation, on a practical level, impatience comes down to a rejection of the present moment; of the present conditions.

You can’t be both 1) fully engaged with and immersed in what is currently happening, and 2) highly impatient.

This is what I observe in myself.

It’s a paradox of aspiration. And I think it’s a mistake.

We make the superficially reasonable assertion that: ‘If I really want something that is not this, then I must really not want this, and therefore I should completely reject this’.

That’s what leads to impatience.

But there’s a very simple and useful old expression about Babies and Bathwater.

The truth is that the seeds of whatever you want are actually right here in what you have right now.

Recognize those seeds and then encourage them to develop in the directions that you want.

That is the right approach. It’s obvious when you think about it.

If you want something to grow, you have a much greater chance of success if you actually cultivate it properly. Instead of throwing some seeds on the ground, and then going home to just sit there holding your breath.

This does not mean we should do too much. It means we should stay connected.

So practically speaking, modules that help you to be in the present moment and relax into things as they are (Everpresent, Stonelike, Harmonic Singularity, etc);

modules that help you to perceive conditions clearly, accurately, and strategically (Awakened Perception, All-Seeing, etc.)

Modules that help you to stay focused on what you really prioritize (The Single Point, etc.)

Modules that let you find joy and connection in being in the present moment (Joie de Vivre, The Flow, The Wonder, Spiritual Reality Alignment)

Modules that support you to ground your emotions and stay centered (The Foundation, Vortexdive Crucible

Modules that help you to believe in yourself and that what you are working for is possible (Faith Unyielding, Divine Self-Image)

And then of course, there’s also Virtue Series: Temperance.

All of those above will help with experiencing Patience. When you are engaging deeply with things, you don’t have to worry about Patience because it arises naturally.

Summarized
Cultivate meaningful, purposeful engagement, joy in being, and joy in working towards goals, and you will automatically manifest patience.

Joie De Vivre was one of my favorite feel good modules. I actually wanna see the guy make this custom, so that I can live vicariously.
