Best version of it so far to me is in TLTB. It feels that it’s the smoothest/strongest results I’ve gotten with a title. Not sure if anything changed from the prior anti-recon scripts, but it feels even more intuitive.
Finding that rather then noticing and thinking my way through the recon, I am taking decisive action on things that will resolve it.
Reducing exposure. Going to lift heavy for anger. Walking multiple times per day. Better sleep. Sunlight. All things that make bad moods go away to begin with, but they are done with intention.
Also for context, this was on Hero Air as well, and not just Hero Earth results.
The dreams have also been constant, extremely intense revolving around specific sticking points and painful issues, but they feel less “nightmareish” and from a more detached perspective, and I almost always know what the dream was trying to resolve and come out feeling better and that I made massive progress.
