Personally, I don’t follow the once a week sub routine and follow the standard one day break between subs routine coz I love getting the instant short term boost from running subs.

Wait, is this something people do along with micro loops? Listen only once a week? And some get more results this way?

Or am I missing something. I too follow the guidelines of listen every 48h, I thought that was the standard.

In psychology there’s something known as your window of tolerance. It’s how much emotional arousal you can tolerate. If you go beyond that window of tolerance you risk overloading your nervous system. It manifests differently for everyone in terms of what that overload looks like.

From what you’re describing you’re operating outside of that window too much which is triggering the overload.

I’m skeptical that a different type of scripting could offset this. Resolution of recon typically needs strong emotional regulation skills. It’s like trying to fill a cup a water with a huge hole in the side, it doesn’t matter what type of liquid goes in it’s still going to escape. So it’s important to understand your particular window of tolerance.

This is also akin to “frustration tolerance”.

It’s overexposure. You may have to cut all the down to one loop a week, which is far more effective than people tend to realize. No matter how many times we say that “less is more” with Zero Point, we cannot overcome the notion that adding loops and more listening time leads to better results.

Overexposure fatigue is the same thing that would occur if you were forced to study any subject for long periods of time in a single session. You’re trying to integrate a lot of information at once, which naturally leads to tiredness. Adding additional scripting to “fix this” would actually result in more fatigue, because it’s just adding more information to process.

It also often means that the individual’s energetic and nervous systems are quite sensitive and usually in tune naturally with subtle energies and something like somatic releasing, simple Yoga stretches, Tai Chi and Qigong, etc. would help with this a lot. I’d be willing to bet that many of those who experience fatigue like this will have a similar experience if they’re around large groups of people for a long period of time, since they tend to absorb the emotional energies of the people around them. And in this situation, there’s nothing we can really do, as it’s an inherent quality of the individual’s body and mind (as in, they were born with it).

Think of it as being similar to those who can tolerate spicy foods versus those who cannot it. It is the same spice being used, but the vessel itself is configured in such a manner that some can tolerate more, others cannot. The solution is less, less, less. And you will still get results, possibly even better ones.

It’s similar to a mathematical equation, or a series of logical sounding statements.

I need to get results.
To get results, I must do something.
Listening to subliminals is something.
Therefore, I must listen to subliminals.

I need to get more results.
To get more results, I must do more of something.
Listening to subliminals is something.
Therefore, to get more results, I must listen to subliminals more and/or more subliminals.

It sounds so logical because it’s easy to think:

more of something = more results.

I also keeping thinking back to how @IRON listened to only one subliminal for months, and the progress she made. @IRON your comments on this would be appreciated.

It will be more clear in the fabled new official listening guidelines saint and fire have been working on.

Perhaps, it is difficult to make it coz the technology progress is so swift.

Swift yes, but many do not adhere to the guidelines… hopefully the creators don’t water down the effects to avoid potential hazards.

Because one loop per week includes the washout and execution of the script in one week without overexposure.

As someone who’s always struggled with doing too much and taking things to the max, these concepts of micro loops and less listening days are actively fighting my demons.

So if I am having good results with DRR 3-4m, you’re saying I would have better results(or I might have better results might be a better term) with cutting down to listening 1x or 2x a week instead of every 48h?

Can’t give a guarantee but from my own experience and I did 15 min only then 12 then 9 then 6 then 3 and now I stay with 3 and I do 1 loop per 5 days with maximum results.

Unless I try something new or want to hammer something in fast but even then after 3-5 loops I go back to 1 loop a week.

Just set all your disbeliefs and demons aside for 1 week and give it a try and see what happens on the 3-7 day

Interesting. On a side note, I think this is how the OG SC members get max results.

I read some posts where people run 2 customs+main store title and sometimes the custom will have 3-4 cores EACH+modules.

But something I also notice with these people do in fact have less listening days(some M/W/F or once or twice a week) and the loops never seem to exceed 5 min.

I also have a technical question that I was going to make a post about but its very small…

When listening to titles, the listening times do not have to “match” right? Like I can listen to DRR1 3 min and then 5 min Paragon Sleep? The extra listening time to Paragon Sleep won’t effect DRR?

And second question is, I don’t have to take a pause between subs? Like once I stop DRR at the 3 min mark, I can listen to Paragon Sleep right after with no pause? Or do I have to pause for 1 min or something before playing next sub?

You can freely decide what is right for you

With time you just know how long for a Titel to run.

I have one custom that makes the exception in my listening schedule,this custom I run for 9 min each time.

I even tried to split 9 min into 3 times x3 min a day and it was interesting experience but in the end I do the whole 9 min of this custom and I am good

or every masculine sub. I think basically every guy wants to look and feel better and wants that scripting in there subs, but we should make a pole of it.

I know they’ve said it’s a bit more complex and they want to avoid “kitchen sink subs”, but at the same time the shifting works incredibly with titles like Emperor (perhaps the best mass builder imo) and WB, so I don’t understand it entirely.
