I had made a Heartsong & Daredevil :True Social & Inner Circle custom with the new anti recon module.
3 days ago I did the first loop of 3 min
I did get recon for 4 hours
But it was different
I imeadiatly felt it coming up and only that made it acceptable, then the whole time it felt more like a part of the journey, also I asked what I can do to get out of recon ( I feel recon in form of loneliness and my soul is crying ) the answer came promptly : stand up and talk to people - you will not be alone.
Then I decided to do that and it started immediately to get better.
Then I had a couple of other questions and I get the answers.
Today I did a loop again and instead of the rejection of possible recon I had somewhat of Joy to experience it.
Thats a fantastic change
I know you asked for the anti recon tech built in the subs but if they put more of similar if not better tech into new products I am sure recon will be a thing of the past.
Also for the nervous system thing you described - Try-- Baobab-- and thank me later
This thing happens to me as well and I get frustrated as I can’t find the reason why? - even when using microloops. I would be really grateful if @AnswerGroup or any experienced members answer this as well.
Be sure that you are not switching subs or running too many, this seems to be the biggest culprit.
First cycle I experience quite a bit more of those effects, once I get to the second cycle I feel more adjusted, notice effects more; and the recon goes away almost entirely.
If you are running two subs and expieriencing it, drop to two and run them consistently without switching. Start with one if that’s too much.
I notice recon comes less from loop duration personally; and more from running too many different titles and being pulled in different directions, especially if the titles are unrelated.
@Adi@WinglissStark I can only speak from what I’ve learned so take it with a grain of salt.
In psychology there’s something known as your window of tolerance. It’s how much emotional arousal you can tolerate. If you go beyond that window of tolerance you risk overloading your nervous system. It manifests differently for everyone in terms of what that overload looks like.
From what you’re describing you’re operating outside of that window too much which is triggering the overload.
I’m skeptical that a different type of scripting could offset this. Resolution of recon typically needs strong emotional regulation skills. It’s like trying to fill a cup a water with a huge hole in the side, it doesn’t matter what type of liquid goes in it’s still going to escape. So it’s important to understand your particular window of tolerance.
It’s overexposure. You may have to cut all the down to one loop a week, which is far more effective than people tend to realize. No matter how many times we say that “less is more” with Zero Point, we cannot overcome the notion that adding loops and more listening time leads to better results.
Overexposure fatigue is the same thing that would occur if you were forced to study any subject for long periods of time in a single session. You’re trying to integrate a lot of information at once, which naturally leads to tiredness. Adding additional scripting to “fix this” would actually result in more fatigue, because it’s just adding more information to process.
It also often means that the individual’s energetic and nervous systems are quite sensitive and usually in tune naturally with subtle energies and something like somatic releasing, simple Yoga stretches, Tai Chi and Qigong, etc. would help with this a lot. I’d be willing to bet that many of those who experience fatigue like this will have a similar experience if they’re around large groups of people for a long period of time, since they tend to absorb the emotional energies of the people around them. And in this situation, there’s nothing we can really do, as it’s an inherent quality of the individual’s body and mind (as in, they were born with it).
Think of it as being similar to those who can tolerate spicy foods versus those who cannot it. It is the same spice being used, but the vessel itself is configured in such a manner that some can tolerate more, others cannot. The solution is less, less, less. And you will still get results, possibly even better ones.
Wow that was a really good post. Yes, I indeed am quite sensitive to subtler energies, due to my spiritual practices - part of it is the reason I need to regularly shield myself, something which I struggle with. Thanks a lot Saint. Also thanks to @Niles, @MAkh and @Fractal_Explorer for your insights. @MAkh I have used choline supplements - they do make me feel better but don’t solve this issue completely
So I have a question and maybe it’s too specific per individual. But I’m about to return from my washout and stick to 30s once a week with one title. If I have the capacity for more exposure after a bit which one do you think would be better to increase? The loop duration or an additional loop during the week?
Currently running DRR solo. Experiencing this right now, started with 3 min and kept going up by 30sec every listening session. At 3-4m it was very smooth. At 4:30, pretty rough recon.
I tend to overexpose when I am in long recon, when I feel desperate for results. I understand the theory that something is being worked but in my experience, it doesnt always go great after recon (well it depend on the sub), it goes better when the recon subsides. But if I overexpose it is because I dont feel good enough. I dont feel good so I tell myself let me listen more to keep my mind busy with something that I associate with getting better. I read about not chasing the high but when you’re down for a while you need some feel good. And that’s what I am looking for when I do overexpose. I dont have a mindset that is ok with this process and that find some pleasure in it. My 2 cents.
I know this might sound crazy, but when I notice myself becoming anxious or overwhelmed by recon, I start asking myself “WHY” as soon as negative thoughts arise. I keep repeating “WHY” after each answer, digging deeper until I reach the root cause of the negative thought. Surprisingly, this method always helps me relieve those repetitive negative thoughts. I’ve tried many different strategies, but somehow, this one always works for me.
Personally, I don’t follow the once a week sub routine and follow the standard one day break between subs routine coz I love getting the instant short term boost from running subs.
If I would consistently get short term boosts (in social skills for instance (if i’m running a social sub)) even in break days, then there would be no reason for me to run the subs every other day.
