Just run Revelation of the Nectar Within the best title to last as long as you want
That would be the Diogo Harari stack: “Me crush ass to dust” (with them kegels!)
“Hey kid… go get laid will ya.” – Miller
Does BDLM have the ROTNW, within it?
No, two different titles
Thanks, it definitely has the BJ aura though.
Damn,
I hate it when @SaintSovereign tease like that.
I mean how further can you go in that direction…
I’m just happy to hear information about two upgrades I eagerly look forward to
Your pelvis gone triple in size
hydroxyapatite can be just a flouride replacement -lots of more health concious companies will use it in toothpaste.
Sure there are lots of other things to resolve for optimal health. There is a value in high level analysis and sometimes it helps to just try something new and simple. I switched to toothpaste with hydroxyapatite 3 years ago and have not had a cavity or tooth issues since, when previously teeth issues and cavities were a more common occurence for me. Don’t know if it was the main factor but definitely didn’t hurt.
Fantastic to hear something like that
I remember! It was og stark before zero point. When wed listen to subs for like 3 hours hahaha. I did 3 months of that and then I added seductress for like 4 / 5 next months. The recon back there was much more brutal and I used to listen almost every day or every other day. I love that technology has moved so much. Nowadays I listen to 3 sub stack. Two subs every 3/4/5 days on average. Less truly is more. I have a much smoother journey when I dont have to reconcile all the time. And on times I forget to listen to subs for more than 5 days, I just tell myself that Im allowing my mind to bloom more. And running subs for several years now, I stopped rushing with them. Ill listen to my stacks for years to come (also I tried all the subs I wanted to try in the first 2 years so now Im just running those select few I know Im the most happy with. There was a fomo there. And I dont think there was any other way of resolving it than…, to just try whatever major sub I saw and really wanted to try hahaha. I think its fine. I at time didnt care to “find the one stack” I just did later on). I have a whole lifetime to run it or even change it up later on if Ill ever decide. Why would I ever rush with subs again? I tried all I wanted. Im happy now. Life is unfolding every day and the goal for me is to enjoy it. To appreciate the good I get to experience. We always get results. There is no race. I believe the more content a person can be no matter the situation through gratitude and detachment, the more he can actually reap in results. I do a lot of positive affirmation when I get annoyed or have some fear in the back of my mind. Its almost like a muscle, with time and some practice it gets easier and more automatic to revert the focus back to something that is more meaningful in the midst of stressful situations.
But thats a whole another tangent. The less subs you run, the faster the results you get from them. And being reconed often, is not something Im aiming for. We have decades ahead. Its okay to let subs breathe and mind to bloom and execute in every day activities. Its probably how subs are intended to work. As you said. Running subs is only one activity. Living, breathing, going about our days, talking, thinking… are also activities. And they are healthy. Thats why we run subs. So we could do all those things with even more enjoyment.
What about Elixir?
I ran it for about 4 cycles. It was great. I got what I needed from it! All the long term methods I use now I found probably while running it.
Do you run full length loops?
Do you really want to replicate someone else’s approach while ignoring the fact that we’re all unique individuals on our own path?
Find your own sweet spot instead, broski.
Why potentially waste time experimenting fruitlessly when I can adapt pieces of an existing blueprint?
I’m willing to try full loops once a week if it’s working well for someone else, as I currently feel my method is overexposing me

Just a reminder: running one loop per week was originally intended for Zero Point. Moreover, I’ve read reports from users who followed this approach and claimed it was the most effective.

Finding your sweet spots isn’t a waste of time — it’s one of the most fundamental things, mate.
@AnswerGroup whats happening with the new listening schedule? I thought it was gonna drop last season or something

I suspect it’s not a one size fits all thing. I’ve tried all kinds of different stacks, and sometimes I experiment with stack overkill.
But that said, once I had something on ZP that stuck and was more in alignment with who I am (HeO originally), I ended up falling into a natural pattern where there would be a few days on and an extended period off, leading to another stack loop and then another few days integrating or executing. I think after you get sensitive to the subs you can tell when the desire to run another loop is just jonesing for something vs knowing “it’s time”. I wouldn’t say my sweet spot is once a week by any stretch, but it can get close if I’ve had enough exposure beforehand.
