Kowallik and/or Aaron?

Feel free to post it. There are people who speak German here.

However because this is an English language based forum, please do post that the podcast is in German.

I’ve tried hydroxyapatite back in the day (when I was living in NZ). Intellectually it sounds very reasonable because our teeth and bones contain plenty of the stuff, so why not take the same substance right to replace the minerals that have been removed by the cavity production process?

Problem is, it’s not that simple. Even adding the D3/K2 in there is not necessarily going to magically fix gums/teeth/bones by “making the minerals go to the places they’re meant to go”.

That’s because the body is a holistic system. Maybe through the process of a sedentary life/job, you have weak circulation, which means half the minerals you consume never make it through your chronically stressed cardiovascular system with its tiny capillaries. Maybe due to your emotional state causing a cascade of hormonal activity which spikes your insulin sensitivity, or because of that mobile phone or computer you need to constantly be around, you’re moved far enough away from that state of health for long enough in each day that what your body can repair is less than the damage.

In my mind, things like the reality of biological transmutations as observed by folks like Kervran make it clear that as much as these minerals or supplements can help, the reductionist mindset which leads to the supplement industry is fundamentally flawed in the first place, and these supplements can only accomplish so much. Thinking in terms of essence, process, and so on will help a lot more.

I wonder if a subliminal could be made that mimics the affects of steroids but without the side affects, after all it is the brain that sends signals to the rest of the body of what hormones to produce and not to produce and even tell the testes to produce or not produce testosterone, ambitous but i believe fire and saint can do it

Emperor fitness stage 3 seems like would be perfect for this experiment, hope it could just blast test dht and hgh through the roof whilst being safe as possible lol

Scratch that it actually absolutely is possible iv tried ones on youtube years that mess with the hormones or try to mimic steroids and they definitly had affects on me, one that mimicked halotestin literally boosted by strength to crazy level mimicking the actual ped,i even gave myself a mini gh gut from listening to a hgh field and experienced aromatisation from listening to test fields

I trust saint and fire more than anyone to dabble with this,id literally pay any amount for it,it would be an amazing experience if people could experience something like primobolan from a listen (safest steroid) with scripting to make it harmless

Sorry for the wall of text, just got excited thinking of the possibilites,

Side affect free steroid subliminals…

SC already has modules/subs for gains.

As fas as mimicking steroids, it’s just about having high T levels. You really want to be above 700ng/dL. You can accomplish this without steroids, ask chatgpt to give you every herb that boosts T levels and take them. Also sleep/diet obv needs to be locked in.

It really does come down to T levels. A lot of men now a days have issues with this, and what’s surprising is young men in their 20s seem to struggle with this too. TRT clinics now a days are full of dudes in their 20s when 30-40 years ago these places were almost exclusively for men over 40.

If you’re really serious about putting on mass, you gotta get your T levels checked then work on raising them to your best ability. That combo+subs should give you the steroid effects you seek(as long as the steroid in question is not Tren that is).

I appreciate you giving him advice. However if he feels he has issues with his hormones or testosterone. He needs to get a blood test and then consult an endocrinologist.

Its not that simple. Do you realize that simply raising test levels can lead to polycythemia. Which can result in all kinds of nasty stuff happening like stokes, heart attacks and so on.

It’s more complicated than just simply raising T levels, it depends how high you’re going. Are you injecting 150mg a week of test E for TRT or you going 500-1g a week for upper bodybuilding limits?

Also this is why you gotta know what you’re doing if you’re gonna juice. Polycythemia can easily be countered by dumping blood AKA going to donate.

But raising T levels 800-1200ng/dL(which is a great range to be if you’re serious about gains) and can be done WITHOUT any steroids, you don’t have to worry about this.

It usually becomes an issue when you crack 2k.

Just drink a lot of water you will be ok

Yeeaaaa I can be wrong.

That does not prevent the buildup of iron in yoir body when red blood cells die. The build up of iron can cause huge issues.

I am not trying to prove you wrong or debate you i am just sharing my experiences and highligtimg the possible dangers to health.

Please stop talking nonsense.

Dumping blood does take care of iron as well. If you experienced high iron levels while on T and you were dumping blood, it was almost certain to be other causes and nothing to do with the gear.

And I’m not trying to debate you either, but you’re in a forum where some men are considering doing TRT/gear, so let’s be factual about it and not do scare tactics.

Your not qualified to give people advice neither is anyone else here. As i said before he should go and see an endocrinologist.

Why would anyone need to see an endocrinologist here? Not one person even suggested or hinted they got any hormonal issues. The context is gains. An endocrinologist doesn’t give a shit about gains, to them if your test levels are 260ng/dL or higher, you’re fine and don’t need anything.

But for building muscle, good luck trying to bodybuild with anything under 450.

I cannot stop what I have never started

Let’s get back on topic, everyone. And let’s stop talking about steroids. Plenty of places on the web to discuss this.
