Which audio gets all your hormones in sync?
What I mean is, make sure your hormones and diet are balanced. Start by getting a blood test to identify any deficiencies, then decide what supplements or dietary adjustments you may need to fill in those gaps. Ideally if your eating habits are good you won’t require that many supplements.

Any idea how I can counter the effect of being “too serious” on this sub?
I appear tense and serious. i want to look more relaxed and laid back
Interesting, I haven’t had the same experience with being too serious on this. You can try consciously guiding, visualizing, or journaling to steer things to the less serious side in your case.
Also, you could potentially stack it with something that has more of a chill/relaxed orientation, maybe dare devil? Lastly, do things that make you more relaxed and chill. Meditation, etc.

@RVconsultant Just curious. I am trying to build my own anti-aging / vitality / health custom and was wondering if KB st4 (instead of st3) would be less effective. I like the idea of running st4 better as it has all the other stages of KB. I’d imagine that st4 would not be as effective as stage 3 for energy production?

Maybe wait for next year for the new title to drop (if it passes) or “LotS and Paragon along with other healing modules” alike as stated above…
If you really gonna build that custom KB st.3 or (if you wanna lighter stack) Inner Gasoline module would help too.

I did a search and could not find anything related to those who are running WB with EB. Is anyone running both together ?.

Our in house Sage @TheEmpress reverse engineered StarkOG to determine its behaviour alongside ED. Her findings were astonishing she documented a huge report on this to summarise they both would work well together. So my thinking well WB should also be a good candidate.
