What’s the current best title to run for ejaculation control starting from a low-stamina baseline? The reason I ask is because NSE does complicate the matter… Nouveau RICH w/ NSE was better at healing than EoG ST1 w/o NSE.

I listened to 4 stages of KB before. Recently, I want to control and reduce “release” time with my sexual lover when we are on bed, 2 to 3 times a week. It was very taxing and tired when I focused to do that, leading to the bedding experience was not very enjoyable for me

What’s the current best title to run for ejaculation control starting from a low-stamina baseline?

I had great results stacking KB1 and Diamond for a cycle when KB first came out. It helped tremendously with both Stamina and withholding of precious Life Giving Serum. OG Diamond works better than Divine D in this regard for me.

I also do Peter Ragnar’s magnetic Qi Gong program from time to time. And it’s not so much the magnets that help it’s the holding of the Kegel on the inhale. In other words you suck your asshole in and hold it for the inhale then release the tension on the exhale. This strengthens the pelvic floor muscles which help with Stamina and control.

David Deida describes doing the kegel on the exhale but I use the inhale because that’s how I learned it.

Before changing your stack I would introduce a kegel practice first for a couple of weeks first and see if that helps. Maybe a Qi Gong practice to go with it if one feels inspired to do so.
