I put them to the side, went with Nouveau, Khan, and Emperor… keeping this stack until Khan is complete. I am only doing multi stage programs 1 at a time from now on, and considering a custom. But I am adhering to the listening schedule. I realized even when you’re not listening the sub is working so there is no need for over exposure.

Have you seen the Synergy version? I want to add it to my custom but I question the recon, then again after a year of that can you imagine how far I’d be?
I’m having some physical challenges, I’m running Paragon along with ST3 of DR and Khan. I’m wondering should I do ST1 of both of them with Paragon…

Are you doing full loops? What’s your listening schedule like?
Full loops in the morning then afternoon, every other day— today is the second day. When I did DR ST 1 and ST2 I experienced these physical issues so I stopped listening after ST2, now that these issues came back I jumped into Paragon but I’m wondering should I restart with ST1 alongside Paragon.

DR & Khan are heavy duty. I would not run both of them together, especially with a third sub. It is also recommended to listen to your loops once in a day (2 loops max total), and only 1-2 subs per run. If you are getting such issues, follow the guidelines rather than push the limits. Also, you might be more suited to micro loops.
