@Malkuth Every day I feel like I reach a level of self awareness I didn’t know was possible or existed
I’m working through it specifically to help with dissolving blockages.
I did 6 loops of my st 4 Custom
Day 1 - 1 loop
Day 3- 2 loops
Day 5 - 2 loops
Day 7 is today 1 loop at morning
I was chilling in my hammock and it struck me like lightning - BUY ALCHEMIST NOW
It came out of the blue, so I did
I start today with st 1 of Alchemist
My plan was a half year sexual subs then switch to Spiritual subs.
Now this happen
Any explanation why this happened?
Update : Alchemist is soo gooooddddd
Could be the spiritual healing from DR doing its thing, or could be your affinity to spiritual practice, could be both
Did you already run dragon reborn before jumping into DRU, or did you skip the stages and just try DRU as a feel good.
DRU is definitely awesome, I used it yesterday to clear up a fear and a bad feeling. This is from someone who completed the four stages already.
I did stages 1-3 and then added DRU to stage 4 and Alchemist stage 1. As far as I remember it was the most soothing sub I’ve ever played.
Haha, that happened to me as well. When playing DR St4 I got more and more itchy to run The Alchemist
2 weeks in on St1 and I agree fully, it’s amazing, it’s literally purging you of negative energy in your aura.
I know now why
1st loop and I am amazed
VERY NICE WORK SUBLIMINALCLUB
THANK YOU
I did yesterday
1 loop Sanguine ultima
1 loop DR ST4 custom
1 loop Alchemist st1
1 loop Wanted/Heartsong/Love Bomb custom
Ufff the purge and rearranging I have today is incredible
Let’s go
Tomorrow the same pattern
It’s a bit crazy to think about given how easily people and the world have become so toxic. It was probably always there just slightly under the surface
For a long time I sort of wallowed in that toxicity and immaturity to a frightening degree because I couldn’t see how I was the problem.
That everything going on in my life was a direct reflection of how immature I was and how badly I disrespected and treated people. The horrible decisions I made out of immaturity, fear , and anxiety . So much ridiculous and unnecessary drama that could have easily been avoided .
At some point in the last couple of years I feel like what I have wanted more than a lot of money is to work towards becoming a good person.A mentally and emotionally mature person.I can have all the money in the world but if I’m still incredibly immature the same mistakes that got me where I am currently will be made again or worse. Maybe to a point where there is no going back. That is one insight or aha moment that has taken what feels like forever to actually sink in . That my life as it is now is the direct result of choices I made in the past .
With Dragon Reborn I see a future ahead that I could only dream of before.
I meant for this to sound significantly more deep and philosophical than it does but whatever…
Let’s see if the converse is true as well, as I strongly suspect it is. In other words, the strides that you are making in developing wisdom, equanimity, and maturity are also very naturally conveying you and your lifestyle to a place of greater contentment, stability, and material prosperity.
Among other things, Dragon Reborn is a qigong program.
It’s a 4-stage energy work/energy transformation program. Of course, it’s many other things too. Internal Development and Healing (very much related though). But energy work is one of its strong functions. That’s exciting to consider.
This occurred to me today. If you’ve done or are doing Dragon Reborn, you have a foundation in practicing qigong.
Did you mean blockages of energy “stuck energy” if this so ? Is it helpful in that regard and what’s the difference between dragon reborn and alchemist (if you used alchemist) in dealing with blockages of energy?!! Thanks for your time
‘Energy’ is one of those really versatile terms.
When I say I’m listening to Dragon Reborn to help me to dissolve blockages, I mean that I have areas of fixation, tension, rigidity/lack of flexibility, stuckness, fear, and so on. They are related to habits, past traumas, beliefs, inherited perspectives and many other influences. But the idea is that these aspects of me are not limber or responsive; they are rigid and fixed.
‘Energy’, as I understand it, is one possible paradigm, or framework, for describing ‘change’ in living, dynamic systems. There are other paradigms and ways to describe change in systems, or to describe systemic conditions and possible reasons for those conditions.
Examples would make this less abstract:
Example
As a child, I internalized the belief that I am weak and easily overpowered. I learned to be fearful and avoidant of conflict. Later in my teens and twenties, I pushed my body and became strong. Yet, on the level of my emotions and my ‘felt experience’, there’s still that deep down sense of frailty. I might dream, for example, of being chased or attacked and defeated.
So, in this case, deeper within me there’s a kind of (emotional, somatic, etc.,) fixation related to those earlier perceptions. That fixation could block me from taking advantage of opportunities that exist–easily accessible–before me now.
So, it could be described in terms of early formative life experiences, or it could be described in terms of a fear-based blockage of energy flow in my bodymind system. Both ways can work. They’re just different styles of description.
As I experience them, both Alchemist and Dragon Reborn work with the flow within the system. Both of them can get you there–to a place of flowing, pliable, responsive flexibility.
For Alchemist, the path may be less direct, depending on the individual’s chosen spiritual approach. Some spiritual approaches, like Theravadin Buddhism focus on deconstructing and bypassing material (for example, somatic) fixations. Other spiritual approaches, like forms of Vajrayanic or Tantric Buddhism, focus on feeling into and living through fixations.
So spiritual development for some people tends to lead to emotional suppression and for others tends to lead to emotional vitality. Depends on the individual’s priorities and the style of the path they’re following.
Alchemist is going to invigorate, energize, and illuminate your chosen spiritual path. That path may lead you to emotional processing, or it may not. Or it may lead you there, but only after you’ve done a whole bunch of other things first.
In contrast, Dragon Reborn definitely and specifically prioritizes emotional, mental, physical, and ontological working-through. It’s grounded in the bodymind, it’s going to work through psychological blocks and so on, and it’s going to do so earlier; because that’s what it’s about.
Alchemist can be about that.
Dragon Reborn will definitely be about that.
This is how I see the difference.
Another way of putting it is like this:
The spiritual path has the potential to help us to work through psychological, emotional, and somatic traumas. Many spiritual paths do help in these areas. But the spiritual path’s primary emphasis is ontological: the substance and the context–the meaning–of existence.
Alchemist empowers that.
In contrast, emotional-somatic and psychological therapeutic work, growth work, and trauma work are specifically focused on psychological, emotional, and somatic trauma and micro-trauma. Not just potentially, but definitely. They, in turn, have the potential to facilitate ontological growth and development.
Dragon Reborn empowers that.
In my view, they meet very nicely in the middle (depending on the individual’s path).
For my blocks, I think Alchemist might have gotten there eventually; but Dragon Reborn will get there now.
What he said, because that’s exeactly how I would word it (just a joke), I’m not that sophisticated yet
Brillant reply, enjoyd reading that @Malkuth
I have tried DR St4 with Alchemist St1 a couple of times and they go very well together. Will be interesting when I get to St4 of The Alchemist and pair it with Dragon Reborn.
I’ll meet you from the other direction. Alchemist Stage 4 is in my primary custom and I’m currently on stage 1 of Dragon Reborn, Dragon Fire .
haha Coolio rapped over the Canon in D?
Pachelbel’s somewhere in the afterlife like this:
(or who knows, maybe Pachelbel reincarnated as Coolio.)
Me too
. Thanks @Malkuth I really appreciate your details oriented response. And the comparison between alchemist and dragon reborn.
What I gained from alchemist is huge part not in a direct way. And I can see this in the way I do business. Before alchemist it’s a two separate lifestyle business/spiritual . Now I see them in a United way my business interaction and progress bless my spiritual side . I don’t now if this is the right way to say it “but doing business is now a spiritual practice for me”
What I mean by energy work is that "somatic/body mind " part
I will embark on dragon reborn journey soon . Again Thanks for taking time to do this quality reply
I think I know what you mean. And this is a big part of my journey with Alchemist too.
Moving from a deeper place; not necessarily deep in the way of philosophy, but a place of integrity. So that the inside and the outside are connected. No matter what you’re doing.
I love that. That’s what feels like the real practice.
