Yes I grew one cm erect in about a month, 3 simple advice I have from experience:

Another factor is lifestyle, a lot of time, little stress or work so plenty of energy to fuel the body changes.

Iâm interested to hear of other positive effects noticed with this sub. Its objectives focus on growth, but it appears some are getting other side benefits.
